I would stay here again if I ever returned to Grindelwald. The property is right in the heart of town and only a few steps from the train stations (don’t worry you can’t hear the trains). It has parking. It puts on a sensational breakfast which is included in the price. All The staff, but in particular Elias, were amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area, and very helpful. There’s a wonderful terrace where u can have drinks or a picnic with yr in food (they provide a microwave) and if weather is not so good you can sit inside I. The communal dining room, there’s a bar lounge with soft mood music and tea/coffe/snacks. The only downside is the room was a bit small and it got very hot as there was no airconditioning but there was a small fan. These two negatives is nothing compared to we’ve Ty thing else. Like I said, I would stay here again for sure. Loved our stay here

Location is about 1-2 mins walk fr the train station, and the bus station is just across the street. Everything is closeby. The facade of the hotel may look simple but the interior fr. the reception to the rooms are well maintained. The staff were all helpful and very accommodating. We had amazing view of the alps fr our room. Housekeeping kept room clean everyday. We loved it there.

Near to train n bus station less than 1 minutes walk. level 1 free coffee, tea n place for rest. Luggage storage room, Breakfast not many choice. They arranged my requested 3 rooms side by side and with balcony connecting. Like the location, room Mountain view, friendly staff.

An excellent cozy room with a mountain view from the veranda with the room. The amenities are also well-equipped. You can make tea or coffee anytime on your own or go to the reception floor from 7 am - 9 pm coffee and tee is available, free of charge. You can also view outside from the cafeteria’s veranda with a relaxed chair. This hotel is very close to Grindelwald station, only less than a 3-5 min walk. Many shops are around, as well as cable car access.

This trip exceeded all our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were prompt when our travel plans were delayed and we were entering late. Breakfast had such a variety and was great every morning especially seeing the view. We had 2 different rooms due to a booking error that was our fault, however they were very attentive in informing us and were very accommodating. We’d cannot wait to come again and stay w/ our framiloes!
