I had a cleaning issue. I informed the hotel before my stays that have chronic allergies/ asthma to make sure my room was deep cleaned because I’m highly allergic to dogs, cats, dust, etc. just about every night I would start coughing and choking. I woke checked over my headboard, picture frame and side tables were full of dust and I’m not sure if they vacuum my room. For the amount of money the rates are this is unacceptable. I was very disappointed. Because I love this hotel my family and I have been staying here probably since it opened. I will say the front desk staff are always amazing very friendly, kind, and professional!

Room was gross. Stained bed sheets upon check in. Brown stains in sink. Broken bathroom sink handle. Dirty mirrors. Musty smell in room. Whole hotel wreaked of marijuana smoke. Curtains stained with blue substance. Pubic hair on walls of shower stall. Table was sticky to the touch. Overall a completely disgusting room

Everything was great except 2 staff members. A larger front desk lady met me with a rude attitude straight when i walked in before i spoke a word. The older barman made me feel uncomfortable when i got my first drink so I didn’t go back for a second.
