I booked this house for 2 weeks. Upon arrival I had difficulty using the back steps due to wobbly hand rail. The first two days the A/C wasn’t working properly and it was uncomfortable but Amin was great getting it fixed by end of 2nd day. The entry gate to driveway was a large heavy wooden gate and I had difficulty lifting it to open which I had to because it was resting on the ground. When the roaches started crawling on the bedroom ceiling I called it quits. I called Evolve but got little or no response. I asked to be relocated to a property more suited to a 75 year old woman or given a refund for a week even though I only stayed 4 nights. Evolve did nothing. I contacted Vrbo and after tedious phone calls I was given a pittance of my rental fee. Be leery of any property managed by a company instead of a real person.
