Absolutely beautiful property and warm staff. There was one moment of miscommunication which was expeditiously resolved by the guest services team. Kudos to Georgiana & Ackelia. Tianna was also wonderful. I will definitely be going back to this hotel.

We stayed at the Grand Jamaica Princess for 10 nights. While the hotel is large and clean, it severely underdelivers for families and is clearly designed for adults, despite being marketed as family-friendly. The resort is split: the adults-only side has full access everywhere, while families are heavily restricted — especially when it comes to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Although 14 restaurants are advertised, families only get access to 5. The rest require a $30 per person fee, which is outrageous for an “all-inclusive” resort. After 9 PM, there’s nothing for families to do. Children aren’t allowed in the family-side sports bar at night, even with parents. The games room is limited to ages 11–13, and younger kids are excluded — even if supervised. Not every parent wants to use the kids club, and there should be options to enjoy activities with your children. There are rules and restrictions everywhere, killing any sense of relaxation. Towels were inconsistent, bar service starts late (10 AM or later), reservations were a nightmare, and security presence made it feel more like a boot camp than a resort. For the high price tag, this resort oversells and underdelivers massively. It’s not family-friendly and certainly not worth the money. We won’t be returning — and if you’re a family looking for a relaxing holiday, you may want to look elsewhere.

Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very large, so communication can sometimes be slow—be patient. The room and view are absolutely beautiful. Restaurants are good, though some of the food is just average. There isn’t much fresh fruit, and what’s available isn’t very sweet. On the other hand, the fruit drinks are too sweet. There are lots of activities, and the kids’ club is excellent. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with stunning views.

I found an amazing deal for Princess Grand and I’m so glad I booked. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The butlers, Chris and Pierre, were attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was top-notch. For an all-inclusive, the food exceeded expectations. The wait staff in every restaurant were kind, attentive, and always made excellent recommendations on food selections, ensuring we truly enjoyed each meal. The only hiccups during my stay were at the MVP bar, where on two occasions out of several visits I didn’t receive service and ended up leaving, and the fact that the shower triggered the fire alarm, bringing security to my door. While minor, they were noticeable. Overall, these were small inconveniences compared to the fantastic experience I had. Princess Grand has definitely earned a spot on my list of places to return to—I look forward to coming back!
