Lots of problems. First off got no check in information as stated. Emailed the host and asked when I would be getting details. Host email back 48 prior to check in. At that point it was less than 24 hours. Finally got check in info, and the unit was on the second floor. I asked and they said yes to a first floor unit. Reached out and they said sorry no first floor units available. I have elderly parents that have COPD and I really didn’t want them walking up and down the stairs in the altitude. Too late to change or get a refund we went with it. They stated parking passes would be in the unit. No parking passes. Tried calling the number, no answer. Texted them on the VRBO app, sorry we will bring them tomorrow. Just park on the street. The passes never did come. Bathroom towel holders were ripped from the wall in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. Handles on kitchen cabinets are missing bolts so the handles just swing. 1 of the burners on the stove doesn’t work. Tried contacting them about a noisy fan that wouldn’t stop running, they never answered. This place could be really nice with just a little up keep and a lot better communication.
