The manager helped us as best she could which we appreciated but this hotel was one of the worst we have ever stayed in. The food was awful other than the a la carte which tbf was lovely. i tried to cancel within an hour of being there but couldn't so settled for a room upgrade which helped but the private pool was filthy and the ladders into the pool were in bad repair so we never got in. All in all it ruined our trip to the south of the island.

Covered the basics

This was a bit of a mixed bag. It somewhat lack bits in the execution. The hotel is very worn and doesn’t fully live up to the pictures. Paint, broken tiles, dated furniture. Staff was OK, covered the basic, but could have been a bit more accommodating and friendly. Amazing roof top restaurant / bar (not included in all-inclusive which is OK and clearly stated). Beautiful view, amazing food, cocktails on point and good service and ambience. Pool area lacked atmosphere and luxury. Nice beach, furniture and service there not up to standard. Main all-inclusive buffet was OK, didn’t like the restaurant so much.

Lovely resort, excellent if you a quite, relaxing getaway in a sunny place. Very lovely and efficient housekeeping, very welcoming personnel in the dining areas. Plenty of pools. The beach is quite and lovely.

El personal de recepción no fue claro ni amable, la limpieza en la entrada del hotel con todas las bolsas visibles, botellas, etc que creaban mal olor y avispas, el bar de la piscina era imposible ir de tantas avispas mientras te servían la comida. Hacía mucho calor en el comedor del buffet. La calidad de la bebida es muy mala en el todo incluido, no elaboran la preparación de las bebidas, la cerveza siempre estaba caliente y en vasos de plástico o cartón porque siempre decían que no les quedaban de vidrio. En el desayuno no te dan agua, indican que vayas cada vez al grifo que tienen, siendo un todo incluido y no bebiendo alcohol más allá de cerveza y no lo pude hacer por estar caliente, creo que les salía a su favor darme una botella de agua. Creo que no cumple en servicios el nivel que indican y cobran por un cinco estrellas, sinceramente no lo recomendaría. La parte positiva es la zona de playa, aunque no tiene un proceso de retirada de toallas y la gente se guarda las butacas, con lo que estuvimos yendo dos días a la playa y aunque soy madrugador, nunca pude tener butaca en la primera línea aunque la mayoría de ellas aún la gente no hubiese llegado, porque se dejan del día anterior las toallas, alguna camiseta, etc y tampoco quise quitarlo para luego tener yo el conflicto cuando llegase la gente, creo que para eso está el hotel, de todos modos lo indique a la jefa de recepción y básicamente me vino a decir que son conocedores pero que no iban hacer nada.

Fin oplevelse

Fint sted, Imødekommende personale både i receptionen og på restauranterne. Vi blev meget overrasket, da vi ankom, hvor stort det var, med mange forskellige hoteller og områder. Selvom man havde betalt all inklusive, var der alligevel meget som var begrænset, såsom restauranter, drikkelse mm. - hvilket endte med at skabe mere forvirring end gavn. Vores tjek ind, resulterede i at vi 3 gange inden for en time måtte henvende os nede i receptionen, grundet det givende værelse ikke havde hvad vi havde bestilt (havudsigt) og at appen som de kører mange af deres ting på ikke fungerede. Heldigvis fik vi tilbudt nyt værelse og hjælp til appen, men vi havde brug for at tingene bare spillede ved ankomst. Maden var rigtig fin, på main restauranten. Super løsning med et lille supermarked, da der er langt ind til den nærmeste by på gå ben. Tip.. Tjek så vidt muligt taxa priser mm hjemmefra, dette endte for os med 55 euro hver vej fra port/airport.
