Gebuchte Unterkunft Wasserschaden

Bei Anreise bekammen wir einen Anruf, unsere gebuchte Ferienwohnung hat einen Wasserschaden, wir bekommen eine gleichwertige Wohnung! Leider war die aber nicht so, nicht sauber, einiges kaputt.
