Cold room, cold service.

Booked the room online and the pictures looked amazing. Looked like a nice little room with a second floor view. However the room had the temperature set to 7 degrees (in winter months), dust bunnies all over the floor of the room, plus no one at reception when we got there. We didn’t feel comfortable in the room… we actually left to a different hotel.

Nice inn, newly renovated. You can come and go as you please. You get a door code sent to you during check in time, no need to actually meet with anyone in person. The room was a bit cold though. We had issues with the temperature in the room, it would not get any warmer then 21°C and would often drop down to 17°C or lower. Which was not exactly ideal after spending all day in -15° to -20 outside, we wanted to come back to a nice warm room.

The property has been completely renovated and is absolutely gorgeous - I don't say that easily. The shower was perfect and the interior furniture beautiful. As someone who travels for work it was a wonderful spot to stay.
