Casa Vittoria is a two-floors townhouse with a private garden directly on the lakefront of Gravedona at less than 30 meters from the lake!



The accommodation, at the first floor has a kitchen complete with stove, fridge, a little oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle, and of course plates, cutlery, glasses and all cooking utensils. A living area with a sofa and armchair; and a service bathroom.



On the first floor there is a double bedroom; a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.



The outdoor garden surrounds the apartment on three sides, it is large and very well exposed to the sun, great to relax while your children have all the space they need to play!



Just below the apartment there is a garage (access 205cm, lenght 455cm) where you can leave your motorbike or bicycle; inside the box there is a washing machine and another fridge at your disposal!



A newly installed top performance Wi-Fi connection is available.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Small pets are welcome.



The house is located in the center of the town, all the services you will need are two steps away: cafes, shops and a supermarket can be reached in less than two minutes on foot!

un séjour très agréable

logement conforme à la description , bien placé , mais qui reste un peu bruyant compte tenu de la circulation automobile ; pas de bruit de la part de l' ensemble des logements à proximité . la chambre des enfants ne peut pas être ouverte la nuit ( pour rafraichir ) sous peine de ne pas dormir ( celle des parents est moins impactée car située à l' arrière ). Cela dit, nous sommes conscients que c'est "le prix à payer" pour être aussi bien placé: le long du lac avec accès à pied à la plage, Une région magnifique ! La maison et son jardin sont agréables. L'accès direct au garage très pratique. L'accueil souriant de Francesco était plein de bienveillance. Merci à lui
