Our room was so very spacious and clean with a fantastic view out of our window. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and swimming pool in the evening as it was great to sit in the heated hot tub with the crisp, cool air outside. The room that we stayed in was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had through the years. Would definitely go back!

The beautiful view right outside our window was priceless. There was no wait for the rides and the staff was very friendly. The check in process was very confusing since they recently moved it. Having signs posted would help.

Beautiful mountain/lakeview from sunset studio room. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Note: there is no ice machine in the building, you must go to building A or E. The pool and hot tub area was clean and enjoyable, however, was lacking on towels. Loved our stay here!

Room was clean and quiet. The mountain view was very nice. The walkway to/from our unit on the mountain side was a bit rough and broken up. (Appeared to be harder for older guests to navigate.) Dining options were limited to only Charlie's Alpine Bistro, where the food was really good but slow service, as they appeard to be short-staffed. However, we would stay here again, as prices were affordable and they also have dog-friendly rooms.
