The main level features a cozy master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has another plush king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and connects to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A spacious loft area provides additional sleeping arrangements with a twin bed and trundle, and the sofa in the family room convert into a queen-size bed—ideal for larger families or multi-generational getaways. Be sure to enjoy the balcony off the loft area where you can listen to the North Inlet River rolling by and unwind in the Colorado breeze.

Winter Arrival: Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
