This recently updated property easily sleeps 10, features a gorgeous kitchen, 2 living areas, hot tub, gas log fireplace, yard games, smart TV, high speed internet and fenced yard. The house is cooled with central air conditioning. There are several areas in the house conducive to a work space. Close to many amenities, Colorado Mesa University, hospitals, downtown Grand Junction, GJ Regional Airport and 10 minutes to the Colorado National Monument hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to coffee shops, cafe, bar and grocery store. All furnishings and interior surfaces are new, good parking and a 2 car garage. This owner is flexible on cancellations as they arise. Pets and children are welcome. This home is 15 min from Fruita and 15 min west of Palisade wine and peach country! If this home is unavailable or you need something a bit different, I have two brand new townhomes that each sleep 5 - feel free to reach out.

Our weekend stay at Annas place was great. The location is fantastic, the place is super comfortable and the hot tub is a great way to end your day. Anna was super helpful and provided great food recommendations when we asked. If we have the chance we will definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed here for my daughter’s college graduation. It’s conveniently located close to the CMU campus. It was so nice to have a house to stay in. The couch and table were large enough to fit my big crew. It was clean and had everything we needed. Anna was very attentive and easy to reach in the event I needed something, which I didn’t. Would happily stay here again.

Everything was great! I know BBQ grills are a pain in the butt with a VRBO rental, however it would sure be nice if you had an outside grill. Other than that, it's perfect.

This house was perfect. I looked for several months to find a place that would accommodate my family in preparation for my wife to give labor at Saint Mary's Hospital. The house was comfortable, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The host even went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during a serious heat wave. Will absolutely stay here again.

This home was just what we needed. There was plenty of space for our family and the home was well equipted. It is located between two busy streets however the street that it is on is quiet and located in a area that makes it easy to access anything in Grand Junction. The backyard is perfect for pets too, although the next door neighbors have dogs as well so there may be some barking going on but easily handled. Check-in was super easy and the host was prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had. We would stay there again.
