The hotel was so loud even as early as 12 noon from children running in the halls, hotel guests drinking in the halls and stair wells and parents staying in the hotel not supervising their children. We contacted the front desk several times concerning our noise complaints but had no change. We stayed with a pet who was very disrupted by the loud stomping and screaming and at one point had to let children back into the hotel facility who were locked out by a self locking door with no parents in sight. The older but well maintained facility did nothing to buffer noise as walls and doors were very thin.

You show up and bring in your belongings for check-in. Then they tell you you're staying in a building across the street which you have to drive to with your bags. They could not get a key card to work for my room. I could clearly hear conversations and footsteps from the room above me.

I’m not sure about any other rooms, but the room I stayed in needs a quite the up grade. The bed was comfortable and clean, But the bathroom needs a lot off work done, there was even some kind off insect in the bath tub Me personally I think the price was to high for that kind off room.

It was clean which was good but very outdated for the price. There were no menus in the room, there were no usb ports. The cupbord the TV was in did not close so had to use hairtie to keep it closed. Tv was not a smart TV abd tge stations were limited. We went to eat in one of the pubs and were inform we could mot have anthing that required a deep fryer as the exhaust was broken and they cannot use the fryers. I ordered a buffalo chicken dip and was able to find 2 pieces of chicken amongst the cream cheese mixture. For the price of the food and the room I was expecting way better quality than this. Will not stay here again.

The room was so incredible old that I kept my boots on the entire time . Floor carpet filthy , And charging $169 plus tax? No soap to wash your hands int the bathroom , I had to call for that and it was a bar wrapped in paper wrap that by the time you got all the paper off you had no soap left , the tub was that yellowed and cracked I am sure no one can clean themselves in it , I get it , it’s an old old hotel , so if you don’t want to do updates , do not charge more than $20/night for it .

We stayed in the units across the street from the main hotel. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't want to stay there much longer than that. The pillows were terrible and mattress could be replaced. It had laminate, which was much better than the dirty carpet older hotels have. The walls were very thin, you could hear kids running around, dogs parking and the traffice driving by. It didnt feel dirty but could use a little TLC.

We booked online and arrived at 9pm which was dark. Found out this was not the place we are to stay. The place I book according to the employee was their motel not the hotel but the address 214 Lincoln street was on my booking. The employee told me to go around the bldg - make a left - go under an overpass and turn left again. I asked for the road name to put in the GPS and she says it doesn’t have a road name. I asked do you have a room here and she said yes for $10 more. We took it. We can see the bldg this morning abd sees that it is across the highway from the hotel. Last night there was no signage lit up and we didn’t see it. I think you should make note that you check in at the hotel (as I was told this) but have to go to the motel. We stayed the night at the HOTEL. Room was acceptable with an issue trying to plug in a sleep apnea machine. Both plugs behind the nightstand but the headboard must be screwed to the wall as we couldn’t push it over but the bed would move over - the plug on the machine is an angle plug and because the headboard was on the side of the receptacle we had to force the plug/cord into the receptacle. I unplugged the radio/clock and moved the lamp plug in the top one to plug in the sleep apnea machine. This is an issue in many hotels and motels when traveling that we don’t have easy access to receptacle plugs for a life saving machine. We carry an extension cord for emergency with extra plugs and usb connections.

Not the best experience

We stayed on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator and the chair lift was out of order. Even though we did not require this for mobility, it was disheartening to see this. The restaurant schedule was not made available and therefore was unreliable for our needs. The pub offers food but a reduced menu after 8pm which we were not advised. There was no recycling priority in the hotel. The room was comfortable, even though a bit old, and clean and the cleaning staff were quite responsive. Not sure we will consider this hotel an option in the future.
