There are no cameras around the property, someone rear-ended my car and there’s a huge dent in my rear bumper which I’m not sure how much I’m going to get a bill for. When approached the office regarding any cameras around the property, I was surprised to know that there are no cameras. Basically anyone could do anything to your vehicle and walk away.

Staff who check us in was not even concern that we are travelling with a 1 yr old child even though i had stated it in the booking. I had asked if they can give us a room on the 1st floor since we got there while its snowing. Instead she give us the rooms at the highest floor of the bldg at the farthest side of the hotel.

It was affordable. I was on crutches, but the smoking room i booked was on the third floor. I called to c if there was an elevator, which there was. I also selected this room because it said there was a tub/shower combo. It was a stand alone shower and the floor was so slippery with idk what i slipped and fell and re injured my already injured knee. Then i had to sit on the nasty floor naked and wet and cold waiting for my freind to come back and help me. It's super fun and not humiliating at all having ur freind wrestle u up slippery and naked.

Stayed over a course of 2 months. Never was offered room service. Rarely had any of the “offered” amenities. Management is absolutely terrible. They will blame you for anything. Honestly never have had such a crappy experience with this chain. 10/10 would never stay again. Pay the extra and get a better hotel in the area.
