Room needs attention. Bathroom shower has rusted broken handicapped rail. Which can cut a preson. Rust has ran down the wall. The shower seat is falling out of the wall. Not safe to set on at all. Lightning is terrible in the bathroom. Needed more towels and never got them. Bed is extremely lumpy and the pillows are the worst. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel because it has a heated pool and spa...i could have stayed at a cheaper newly renovated hotel around the corner, but wanted the spa. Was told by desk that it was broken and should be fixed on Thursday. Saturday it was still out of order. Im really disappointed about this stay. Wish i could've known about the spa as I would have chosen a different hotel. Worst stay ever in Granbury. Not much sleep at all. How do i get a compensation?

The room was spacious but I booked our stay there because of the heated pool. The pool was cold.This was our second time to stay at this location. The curtains were worn and looked really shabby from the outside upon arrival. I honestly can stay that we will not be back.

The hotel was nice but the curtains in our room we're moldy. The door was broken and the kitchenette sink in our suite didn't work and was leaking water. Also we booked this hotel because it has a hot tub and heated pool or so advertised but pool was cold and hot tub was broken and the bathroom in the pool area was broken and not clean at all. So we were very disappointed in the stay.

The pool isn't heated and the hot tub doesn't work. What's most annoying is that none of the staff happened to mention this and no one has taken 'heated pool' off the marquee. On the plus side, it was very quiet, the staff was friendly. The free breakfast is very basic and uninspiring. At least the coffee was hot. It would be nice if there was a coffee maker in every room.
