Little Gem 3mins from the beach

The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine but much more the bathtub for our little ones after visiting the beach. They have fun there and are self cleaning while playing in it :) BR Martin

Perfekt as Always!

It is a nice cosy and clean flat including all you need for your family, 5mins to the beach by feet, very supportive renter, 2mins to the flaundry mile, shops and playground. It was already our 4th visit but for Sure not the last.

Fรผr meine Familie und mich war der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment optimal ,mehr als ausreichend Platz fรผr 5 Personen ,Fliegengitter und Klimaanlage waren Lebensretter und Grado war wie immer bezaubernd. Hervorheben mรถchte ich aber die besondere Freundlichkeit des vermietenden Ehepaares. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt wรคrmstens empfehlen !

hello rino we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in your apartment in grado with four adults. the beds are good, there are mosquito nets - that was great, the kitchen is top equipped and the car is protected from the sun and safe on the property. everything is within walking distance. thank you, rino, for your hospitality. we would love to come back.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal und kommen auch bestimmt wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gerรคumig. Super gelegene Fewo

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnug. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch, wenn man Kinder dabei hat und oft an den Strand geht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Der Eingang zum Strand befindet sich gleich gegenรผber, und es gibt im nahen Umkreis mehrere Restaurants.

Posizione perfetta

L'appartamento รจ ben curato e dotato di ogni comfort ma piรน importante รจ situato in una posizione semplicemente perfetta! Ci siamo dimenticati l'auto e abbiamo girato a piedi ovunque poichรฉ la zona รจ servititissima. A pochi minuti avevamo panificio tabacchi supermercato bar gelateria farmacia ristoranti e soprattutto la spiaggia. Non manca davvero nulla. Stiamo giร  pensando di prenotare per il prossimo anno!

Schรถne zentrale Wohnung

Wir haben in der Wohnung, mit zwei Erwachsenene und drei Kindern, 9 Nรคchte verbracht. Die Lage ist zentral. D.h. die Fussgรคngerzone und Strand sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Natรผrlich ist die Wohnung durch die zentrale Lage und dichte Bebauung nicht total leise gelegen, aber es gibt keine Disko oder รคhnliches in der Nรคhe, die die ganze Nacht drรถhnt. Die Gerรคusche kommen zumeist von Nachbarn oder (dem wenigen) Verkehr. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Gold wert sind die Mรผckengitter an den Fenstern. Dadurch kann man die Wohnung mรผckenfrei halten (Mรผckenspray nicht vergessen). Geschirrspรผler und Waschmaschine erleichtern das Leben ungemein. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir jedoch selbst bei 34ยฐ nicht benรถtigt haben, da man - Dank der Mรผckengitter - alle Fenster der Wohnung geรถffnet halten und so auf Durchzug schalten kann. Das WLAN ist sowohl im Up- als auch Download schnell. Der Vermieter ist nett, zuverlรคssig und hilfsbereit. Wir kรถnnen dieses Objekt und auch Grado mit seiner schรถnen Altstadt nur jedem empfehlen.

Sehr nahe zu Strand und zur Promenade

Wir waren dort zu fรผnft im Urlaub (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Die Wohnung war mit 3 Schlafzimmern sehr groรŸ und perfekt fรผr uns. Man hatte in der Wohnung alles was man braucht. Ganz wichtig waren natรผrlich auch die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster und die Klimaanlage. Ein groรŸer Pluspunkt ist auch der รผberdachte PKW Stellplatz auf dem Hof. Sowohl die Nรคhe zum Strand (ca. 100 m) also auch die Entfernung zum Zentrum und der Altstadt waren sehr positiv. Wir kรถnnen diese Wohnung auf alle fรคlle fรผr einen lรคngeren Urlaub mit kleinen oder groรŸen Kindern empfehlen. Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns alles in der Wohnung genau erklรคrt. Falls wir wieder in Grado Urlaub machen, wรผrden wir uns freuen in dieser Wohnung wieder zu bekommen. Vielen Dank fรผr einen wunderschรถnen Urlaub. Familie Glazer

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Das Design der Mรถbel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht! Die Betten sind gut! Es war ein sehr schรถner Urlaub in Grado und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kรถnnen die Wohnung nur wรคrmstens weiterempfehlen!

In fรผnf Minuten am Strand und doch mittendrin

Wir haben unseren Pfingsturlaub in Grado verbracht. Es war sehr heiss und wir gingen Mittags nachhause und machten Siesta. Die Wohnung profitiert von ihrer tollen Lage, aber auch davon, dass sie Fenster nach drei Seiten des Hauses hat. Auch ohne Klimaanlage (sie existiert, aber wir haben sie nicht genutzt) entsteht ein Durchzug. Wir haben uns รผber zwei Balkone gefreut, konnten aber nur einen nutzen, weil der andere nicht mรถbliert war. Es war ganz gut, dass wir unsere eigene Eisenpfanne dabei hatten und werden diese auch wieder mitbringen. Insgesamt hatten wir als Familie einen sehr glรผcklichen Urlaub und wรผrden/werden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice apartment next to the beach

We have been twice in the apartment and we have always enjoyed our stay very much. It is well equipped, clean and quiet. It is only a few minutes to the historical centre of Grado and the beach is only a stone`s throw away. Rino and his wife are very kind and are always ready to help.

Sehr gut gelegene komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sympathischem Vermieter

Wir waren zu viert Ende August / Anfang September zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Savino Simone. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, der Garagenplatz schattig und direkt am Haus, alle Fenster mit Mรผckenschutz ausgestatte, die Kรผche sehr gut ausgestattet, um nur einiges zu nennen. Bei nรคchster Gelegenheit wollen wir die Wohnung gerne wieder mieten. Vielen Dank!
