Perfect cottage for stays in the heart of nature on the edge of a magnificent private pond! Relaxation, contemplation and conviviality on the program! Cottage located in a typical old farmhouse, this beautiful stone building accommodates another cottage for 10 people (63G63447), a games room with a ping-pong table and table football as well as a real private reception room for 50 people rentable only if renting both cottages (information and prices from the owners - cannot be rented alone). The cottage is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with fireplace with insert - a kitchen - a bedroom with a 140 bed - a bathroom with toilet - a laundry room On the first floor: - a bedroom with a 140 bed - a bedroom with two 90 beds - a bedroom with two 90 beds - a shower room - a separate toilet You will enjoy a magnificent exterior in the heart of nature with a superb private pond with free access to fishing (from March to September)! Wood storage room and bread oven shared by both cottages. Please note: deposit of €1500 if renting both cottages + room.
