The room was lovely and suited our family. The lifts take so long, allow an extra 10-15 mins to your trip when coming and going. Car park needs markers so you know where your car is each day.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Parking super easy and staff very friendly. I would never stay again though due to the very loud wind through the apartment the entire night. I videod it, it was howling so loud all night on level 26 I couldn’t sleep at all. I told staff in morning and they said it can happen depending on wind to pop a towel under the door. The second night the wind had dropped and wasn’t as bad. Bed was ok for a cheaper apartment but pillows very high and gave a sore neck i would recommend bring your own. Location is really good about an 8 min walk to surfers paradise Main Street along the beach. Beach views even in a non ocean view room.

The view from the 39th floor was amazing. We loved openinv the blinds each morning. The standard of every aspect of the property was fantastic. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The pools were lovely. Walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Checking in and arrival was clunky at best, but the room and location was great. Only real downside was the elevators, sketchy to say the least and at one point were waiting on our floor to go down for 30 minutes

Stayed in a 3bedroom ocean view apartment on level 43 . Perfect views , rooms were big enough to accommodate the family , love the balcony space .

Spent a couple of nights here to celebrate my birthday. Excellent stay. Great pools. The rooms were very comfortable. Would highly recommend. The buffet breakfast up at Skypoint is a must for the food and the view.

Excellent pool areas and facilities. Great location. Rooms incredibly big with full amenities. Staff were helpful with transfers to the airport despite an early. Would definitely return.

Clean unit.The units inside are starting to show a bit of wear and tear.The shower silicone is showing its age with mould and dirt.The bathroom door is swollen from water damage and doesnt close properly.The airconditioner doesnt go below 22C...and the zone for the bedroom speed control was not working so it was blowing at maximum speed for the whole time and makes such a rattling noise and keeps blowing the blinds against the bedroom window so you can not sleep properly due to the noise.
