Do not accept an apartment on level 3. Noisy, hot and uncomfortable. Street out front is crazy…I’m sure it was better much higher. Had two gym boys arrive while I was on the treadmill who decided to play EDM at 1000 decibels for their workout. Getting them to turn it down a fraction was a nightmare. You can’t help Surfers Paradise! We’re back to Broadbeach. Ps: Coast restaurant is first class, excellent steaks.

on the booking page says parking available but it is not onsite so have to walk 6 or 7 minutes with luggage as the drive through was overcrowded. Went to order pizza and drink for room service but order refused as minimum order $90??? so then had to walk into town to get some food The tiled floor in my room had sand on it from previous guest which was annoying

The ocean view from the 75th floor was truly exceptional and very much appreciated. While the overall condition of the room was acceptable, there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome. Specifically, the drainage in the shower stall was quite poor, causing water to overflow rather quickly. In addition, the bathtub stopper did not seal properly, making it difficult to fill the tub. Upon arrival, the closet door was completely off its track and could not be opened or closed, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, I would like to mention the significant congestion with the elevators. One wonders whether a more conventional elevator system—where guests simply select their floor—might have been a more practical choice.

For the significant size of this hotel, the drop off area is tiny and causes road blockages. No parking available besides a 6 minute walk! The que to check in was long and took 25 mins of waiting while they only had 3-4 people at the desk checking people in. For the number of rooms and levels this place had, the pools were much smaller in real life. The internet in the room was also terrible, couldn’t load anything. At check in while the lobby was extremely busy there was a large group of men that appeared drunk talking loudly and blocking the turning door. No staff member moved them on. In the drop of zone there weee two cars parked there for over an hour blocking the flow.

Was a great location and room was sparsely furnished but comfortable. Would prefer an open balcony, but on a 2 night stay it really wasn’t a bother. Friendly staff at check in. Loved the view :)

Very clean room and friendly staff. Great view and amenities - the pool was my favourite place to chill. The only issue I had was that the TV apps wouldn’t connect/load because of poor wifi connection. But I was still able to cast from my phone anyway so it hasn't a huge problem.
