Our 11th floor apartment had a great view of Surfers and the sea, but it was a bit dated. Staff were very nice and helpful. Facilities were good especially outdoor spa, sauna and steam room. Buses are an easy way to get there from the train station and into town. .

We (family of 4) stayed for 6 nights in 2 bedroom apartment and it was a great stay. Apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with balcony. It has a secure car parking at the basement with easy access via lift. Kitchen, laundary appliances etc was all working. It has nice clean pool and spa, kids loved it. Only con is that they provided 1 day of basic supply items like toiletries, dishwasher soap and we are suppose to buy our own. Overall happy with the stay.

Recently spent 3 night at this property. The rooms were clean and set up well. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment which only had aircon in the lounge room however a pedistal fan was provided in the room. Wasn’t an issue as it was just myself and my partner. Some good some not so good

Downside- 3 bedrooms and only one had air con, fridge was old and had cracked tray, only cne with small milk, no water or mini bar. No breakfast. bedroom TV's did not work. The upsides. Spa and pool and sauna and steam room were great thou, gym small but was useable upto date gym machines. Bed and pillow were comfortable.
