O Bristol é meu hotel em Goiânia, sempre! Dessa vez eu tive um ou outro problema de entendimento com um atendente, mas no dia seguinte as Pessoas que sempre me atendem resolveram minhas dúvidas e ficou tudo certo. Tive problemas com a TV e Ar condicionado, solucionados imediatamente pela a equipe. Eu sempre indico o Bristol. Não pretendo mudar de hotel em Goiânia.

Café da manhã PÉSSIMO

Quando fiz a reserva acreditei que era um hotel, mas ele funciona como uma rede de loft e alugam pelo AirBnb. Assim que cheguei, tinham várias pessoas aguardando para serem atendidas e estava um caos, mas logo tudo se organizou. O quarto é bem OK; espaçoso, com cozinha e varanda amplas. O banheiro é razoável, nada de mais, mas como qualquer outro, e funcionando adequadamente. Tem secador de cabelo. No meu quarto haviam 3 camas de solteiro. Tivemos que juntá-las, pois estava em casal. A TV não estava conectada à internet, então não conseguimos acessar netflix e afins. A TV também não tinha TV por cabo. Sobre o café da manhã.. Bom, o restaurante é muuuuito antigo. Precisa de uma reforma e repaginação urgente. Está bem decadente, esperava muito mais. Além disso, o café da manhã é péssimo. Os alimentos estavam todos servidos naqueles richauds de ovo cozido. Todos fechados. Achei muito estranho. TInhamos que abrir um por um e lá tinha 3 fatias de um bolo, 2 fatias de outro, 2 pães de queijo... Uma decadência. Parecia que tinha juntado os restos de bolo da semana inteira e servido. Seria muito melhor terem servido 1 único bolo fresquinho. A nutricionista aqui chora... E provavelmente eles nem têm uma lá. Uma tristeza.

Reserva do hotel para duas pessoas e no quarto só tinha 1 toalha que mais parecia pano de chão. Nunca tinha visto igual. Solicitei a segunda toalha para 2º hóspede que só chegou após reclamações. Cafe da manhã o pão com café era melhor opção. Bolos congelados. Papel higiênico já no final sem reserva Hotel precisa melhorar muito em todos aspectos. Com certeza não voltarei e nem indicarei.

Hotel bem localizado, com uma estrutura que não encontro em nenhuma outra cidade do país. Quarto com estrutura de flat, o que ajuda muito, principalmente quando estamos em família e/ou resolvendo coisas de trabalho, como foi o meu caso. Precisei fazer alteração de quarto, pois o ar condicionado havia parado de funcionar, mas fui para um quarto ainda melhor do que eu estava. Voltando à Goiânia ficarei mais vezes no Bristol, com toda a certeza.

Experiência muito bom, localização perfeita, atendimento cordial dos funcionários, respeito pelos protocolos de segurança, o único ponto negativo foi o ralo do chuveiro que não conseguia drenar a água na hora banho, ai ficava aquela "piscina" desnecessária, ralo mal posicionado no banheiro. Decepcionante.

Faltou 1 cadeira na mesa, colchão velho e mole. Sem isolamento acústico, participamos da briga de casal do apto ao lado,informamos a portaria, durou das 23h30 às 0h20min, quando a mulher foi embora. 20 a 30.min depois ouvimos o diálogo pacificador entre o segurança e o hóspede que ficou. Às 4h da manhã, novamente despertados pela campanhia do vizinho e novo diálogo aos berros, de alguém amiga do sujeito. Reclamo pela.manhã e mudamos de apto. Encontramos ali talheres sujos 2 lâmpadas queimadas, e um sinto muito mas não temos manutenções no momento.
