The 2010 newly built holiday home is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District in Untergöhren, only 200 m from Fleesensee. It is furnished with great attention to detail, exclusive but also functional and offers space for up to 6 people on 102 sqm.

Holiday home Falkenrast am Fleesensee:
The house has a size of 102 m². On the ground floor you will find the comfortably furnished living room with a home cinema system, HD satellite TV and DVD / Blu-Ray player. The dining area consists of a large dining table with 6 chairs. Six people will find enough space to linger in the spacious living-dining area. There is a gas-powered fireplace between the dining and living areas, which you can operate by remote control. The underfloor heating on the ground floor and upper floor, which can be controlled separately in each room, contributes to well-being in the cold season. Two spacious bathrooms are available, on the ground floor with shower and toilet, on the upper floor with bathtub, shower and toilet. There are 3 separate bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of them with direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other two have 2 single beds. The ground floor is completely covered with high quality tiles and the upper floor has a laminate floor. In the holiday home there is an automatic ventilation system with heat recovery, which can be individually regulated. External roller shutters ensure sun protection and privacy. The terrace with garden furniture, traffic light parasol and a grill invites you to stay outdoors. It runs around the house and offers you sunshine from morning to evening. In the garden of the house you will find an exclusive luxury whirlpool from the world market leader Hotspring '. With a free internet access (WLAN) you are always connected to the world. A parking space is available on the property.   Windows and doors were fitted with insect screens. A cot is available. This contains only a mattress and no bedding. The laundry package, which you can also book, contains bed linen, 2 towels, 1 shower towel, shower mat and 1 tea towel per person.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus war in einem sauberen Zustand und die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut etwas oberhalb vom See und in wenigen Minuten ist auch der Hafen zu erreichen. Das Interior ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovierung täte dem Hau sicher gut. Es lösen sich Tapeten ab und scheinen auch zum Teil abgeknibbelt worden zu sein.Der Whirlpool hat das alles wieder wettgemacht, auch wenn er nicht 100ig aus allen Düsen strahlt. Auch der ust erwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr cool.

Top Haus

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet uns super ausgestattet, mit einem tollen Garten in ruhiger Lage und in ca. 8min Fußweg zum See. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene Angler und hatten genug Platz. Das Haus ist gut geschützt gegen Insekten, aber für den Garten empfehle ich dringendst einen Mückenschutz einzupacken. Das war bisher die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten und kann sie damit nur empfehlen. Die komplette Abwicklung war einfach und unproblematisch.

Richtig schön

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Ein sehr sauberes und super gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight. Leider kam schon am ersten Abend gegen 21:30 Uhr ein unfreundlicher Anwohner mit Taschenlampe an unseren Pool (ohne sich vorher bemerkbar zu machen). Zu bedenken ist, wir waren drei Frauen. Ihm schien unser Lachen zu laut zu sein und drohte auch prompt mit einer Strafanzeige. Frechheit!! Diese Situation hat aber nichts mit dem Haus und der sehr netten Besitzerin zu tun. Die Kommunikation über Email war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus würden wir auch wieder buchen. Danke für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt am Fleesensee.

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir ( Eltern mit 3 Söhne 19,15,13) haben 5 Tage im April in diesem sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat alles, was benötigt wird und der Whirlpool war ein Highlight. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von dort viele Orte der Mecklenburger Seenplatte erreichen. Leider ließ das Wetter zu wünschen übrig, davon abgesehen waren es schöne Urlaubstage.

toller Familienurlaub

Gepflegtes Haus, sehr sauber, schöne Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, tolle Umgebung. Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern (9,12,15) und hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Tagsüber waren wir mit dem Rad unterwegs oder wandern (plus Geocaching). Wir hatten sonniges Herbstwetter. Abends sind wir gerne in den Whirlpool gegangen, der immer betriebsbereit ist. Danach Gesellschaftsspiele am Kamin, wir waren glücklich :-)

Praktisch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit aussergewöhnlichen Möglichkeiten

Wir hatten das Haus mit drei Generationen ( je 2 Personen) für eine Woche gebucht und fühlten uns vom ersten Tag wohl. Neben einer sehr praktischen Einrichtung trug dazu die aussergewöhnliche Lage in kurzer Distanz zum Fleesensee bei. Gerne wieder!
