Relax in a nice atmosphere. In spring / summer on the beach or in the garden. In autumn / winter on long walks in the nearby dune forest and then by the fireplace or in the sauna. You can do all this and much more in our thatched roof house "Lönneberga" on the sunny island of Rügen. The house is in a quiet location in a new holiday home area directly on the "Schaabe", an 8km long sandy beach (5-7 minutes) and directly on the dune forest with various hiking and biking trails. From here you can explore the Great Jasmund Bodden on foot or cycle to Cape Arkona, the Jasmund National Park, Sassnitz, Prora or Binz.

Up to 4 people can stay in 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining area with a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and Bluetooth stereo system. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a sauna on the ground floor with a floor-level rain shower. You will also find a washing machine with dryer.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a large box spring bed and a flat-screen TV. The other room has 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with a rain shower on the upper floor.

The 86 square meter house has tiled floors with underfloor heating in all rooms. Fast WiFi is available everywhere.

The house is located on a plot of approx. 340 square meters and offers with a spacious, west-facing terrace and a large lawn a lot of space to relax or romp. High-quality garden furniture and an original Binzer beach chair that enable you to spend an outdoor summer are ready for you.

The holiday area is located near the central Kurplatz in Glowe, where there are many gastronomic offers, from a fish roast kitchen to the well-known restaurant "Ostseeperle". Sports activities such as windsurfing or fishing trips can also be booked here. You will also find a riding stable with Icelandic horses within walking distance.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Lage ist topp! Wohlfühlfeeling kam dennoch nicht auf. Die Tapeten in Küche und Wohnraum sind verschmutzt von Unmengen Insektenrückständen, die Fensterscheiben waren schmutzig... Es fehlte uns insbesondere an Gläsern. Genau 1 todgespültes Weinglas steht traurig im Schrank... Das GTO-Team reagierte auf Hinweise und Wünsche freundlich und prompt. Der Eigentümer blieb uns eine Antwort auf die sachlich formulierte Mail zum Zustand des Hauses bisher schuldig. Urlaub ist Vertrauenssache, man möchte sich in dieser knappen und wertvollen Zeit nicht ärgern müssen. Daher teilen wir hier nun öffentlich unsere Erfahrung zum Haus Lönneberga.

Das Objekt war dreckig und die Toilette im unteren Bereich funktionierte mal wieder nicht oder nur gelegentlich wenn man geduldig ist. Es sind unreinigbare Urinsteinreste in der Toilette im unteren Bereich vorhanden. Gläser sind in diesem Objekte absolute Mangelware und auch nur drei tiefe Teller für 4 Personen. Dann wurden wir mitten beim Frühstücken noch gestört, weil man irgendwelche Liegen für den Aussenbereich liefern musste. Ankündigen der Lieferung erfolgte natürlich nicht. Und nehmt euch bei diesem Objekt auf jedenfall Reinigungsmittel und ein Bodenwischer mit. Sonst müsst ihr nicht nur für 2 Wochen Urlaub 240 Reinigungsgebühren bezahlen sondern auch noch 100 zusätzlich. Ein Bodenwischtuch oder sonstige Reinigungsmittel waren leider nicht vorhandenen.Die Möbel sind zu dem absolut abgewohnt.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Check in Prozess super easy, Unterkunft wie dargestellt mit kleinen Mankos. Lage für Sport, Strand Ruhe super. Für Teenager wenig Möglichkeiten. Im Haus alles nötige vorhanden, hier und da nicht in voller Stuckzahl. Alles in allem sehr schön.

Insgesamt war es sehr angenehm mit Licht und Schatten, Der Außenbereich also Tisch und Stühle konnten so gut wie nie genutzt werden , Ameisen hatten den Bereich eingenommen und ließen sich auch nicht durch den Einsatz diverser Mittel vertreiben . Das Haus war auch vereinzelt betroffen . Der Schuppen im Garten war eine Sperrmüllablage Foto füge ich lieber nicht hinzu Das Haus an sich war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet das Sofa ist nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen , Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus vollkommen ausreichend . Die Bettwäschen samt Kissen könnten mal aus getauscht werden , Die Lage des Hauses und das gesamte Umfeld einfach top ein Haus schöner als das andere . Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen , direkt am Hundestrand .

Ferien mit Hund

Sehr schönes Häuschen, tolle Lage, es könnte mehr gepflegt sein. Wir waren mit unserem Hund. Und er hat den eingezäunten Garten genossen. Leider war der Rasen nicht gemäht und der Sonnenschirm war kaputt. Wir haben es reklamiert. Ansonsten war alles okay. S.K.

Idealer Hundeurlaub

Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zwischen Ostsee und Bodden ist ideal für tolle Spaziergänge. Wir empfehlen für spitzen Fischbrötchen den fisherman's Fischkutter im Hafen und für noch mehr Fisch "Zum Fisch" auf der Hauptstraße.

Schöner Kurzurlaub für die ganze Familie

Insgesamt war alles super , die Lage ist mit Hunden total super, ,Strand und Wald vor der Tür und das Haus war umzäunt. Wunderbare Natur und Ruhe rings herum .Check in und out hat gut geklappt. Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten die ich nicht so toll fand. Z.B. beim buchen kann man nur einen Hund angeben, sollte man wissen zwecks Mietvertrag! Wir haben 2 große Hunde und ich habe dies vorab nochmal mit dem Vermieter klären müssen, was dann rückblickend gar kein Problem war .Wenn man mit 4 Personen in einem Haus mit Küche wohnt, wäre es schön wenn auch 4 tiefe Teller vorhanden sind. Das waren aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Man kann viel unternehmen auch mit Kindern, da wäre ein Dinosaurier Land( man darf auch Hunde mitnehmen) oder das Galileo Museum was auch kleinen Spaß macht! Ein schöner Kurzurlaub!

Super tolle Ferienverwaltung. Uns wurde sowort geholfen als die Toilettenspülung ausfiel oder der zweite Schlüssel nicht auffindbar war. Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Garten optimal mit Hund. Wir haben gleich wieder 2 Wochen für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Das einzige was ich bemängel würde sind zu wenig und abgenutzte Gläser. Kaum oder keine Wein , Sekt oder Biergläser.

Gemütlich und gute Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit zwei Kindern und einem kleinen Hund sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Entfernungen zum Spielplatz sind noch ok. Die Kinder sind mit dem Rad gefahren. Die kurzen Wege zum Bodden in die eine und zur Ostsee in die andere Richtung starten direkt ab Haus und machten mit dem Hund tolle Waldspaziergänge mit Baden möglich. Die Sauna ist sehr schön und für 4 ok groß. Das Grundstück ist für einen Zwergpudel ausbruchsicher. Insgesamt sind die Doppelhaushälfte und der Gartenschuppen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten ein kosmetisches make over gebrauchen (rissige Silikonfugen, etwas fleckige Wände). Aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Die Betten haben sich sehr gut geschlafen. Wichtig zu wissen, dass der Cafeautomat Tassimo-Kapseln benötigt.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Positiv - die Lage - ausreichend ausgestattet, lediglich der Wasserkocher hat gefehlt - schöne Sauna - Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert - Sitzsack für die Kinder - Das Bett für die Erwachsenen Was müsste alles mal gemacht werden, jedoch keine negative Bewertung: - Kühlschranktür schleift auf unterem Auszug - Lose Fliesen an einigen Stellen - Silikonfugen sollten alle mal erneuert werden, sind alle offen und hier leben die ganzen Ameisen - Türgummis der Duschen müssten erneuert werden, diese sind defekt/ verschlissen - Dach vom Abstellraum defekt, hier regnet es rein, dadurch schimmelt es in dem Abstellschuppen - Schlüssel für Schuppen und Gartentor sollten vorhanden sein - Bäume müssten für den TV Empfang geschnitten werden, hier funktioniert der Empfang nicht mehr - Rasen müsste mal gemäht werden - Gelbe Tonne fehlt - der Mülltonnenunterstand müsste überarbeitet oder erneuert werden

Das Feriendorf ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt Schöne Lage am Wald und nur ca. 10-15Min Gehminuten zum Strand Die Doppelhaushälfte ist schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden… Nur das Sofa ist unzweckmäßig für 4 Personen und mit wenig Sitzcomfort… hier müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Zu viel versprochen

An der Einrichtung ist seit der Eröffnung nicht mehr so viel geändert. Ein Lichtblick war das Bett. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war abgerockt. Die Geschirr-Situation war mangelhaft, keine Weingläser, Kanne zur Tee-Zubereitung, auf Nachfrage hieß es, dem Vormieter sei sie zerbrochen und eine neue sei bestellt. Eine neue ist während des 16 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht angekommen. Die vom Vermieter erwähnte Unterstellung von E-Bikes in einem Schuppen war eine Lachnummer, viel zu klein und der Unterstand daneben nur für Kinderräder geeignet. Rügen ist sehr schön, Glowe ein wunderschöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen, aber nicht in diesem Haus.

Gut aber mit Luft nach Oben

Schönes Häuschen aber es müsste regelmäßig in Stand gesetzt werden (sehr drecke Plissee, Fugen im ganzen Haus sind abgerissen, Wandfarbe war schon sehr abgenutzt) dazu kam das, dass Schlafzimmer mit dem Boxspringbett non stop warm war, auf Grund der Heizung direkt darunter.

Erholsame Tage im Ferienhaus Lönneberga

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Haus Lönneberga auf der Insel Rügen verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles notwendige was man während eines Urlaubes braucht. Als Familie ist der Platz völlig ausreichend, mit 4 Erwachsenen wäre es uns zu eng. Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, von unseren Nachbarn hat man allerdings nichts gehört.
