Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit unschlagbarer Lage. Allerdings sollte man mal eine Inventur machen. Überall sind Kleinigkeiten kaputt, abgenutzt, erneuerungsbedĂŒrftig. Alles in allem nicht dramatisch, sollte aber Zeitnah mal gemacht werden.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, fĂŒr 2 Personen sehr gerĂ€umig. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war problemlos. Einige GegenstĂ€nde der Ausstattung sind nutzungsbegingt verbraucht und sollten erneuert werden (Handtuchhalterungen und Halterung Toilettenpapier / Geschirr und GlĂ€ser/ teilweise defekte Plisseeschalusie).Sonst empfehlenswert.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt bestens zur Ostsee, Blick vom FrĂŒhstĂŒckstisch und Balkon klasse. Auch sehr schön ein Fernrohr zum Kap Arkona. Leider die Wohnung vielleicht wegen Ende der Saison nicht mehr an allen RĂ€umen ok.
