This motel is located on a nice property set back from a busy street that is accessible to both the Gloucester waterfront and neighboring Rockport, The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The continental breakfast included tasty muffins. The only problem was the lack of hot water when showering.It became lukewarm only after letting it run for awhile; not optimal for a unseasonably chilly rainy day. I assume this was an anomaly and therefore I recommend this property to Gloucester visitors.

I really was upset that the internet was so bad. This is a critical facility for me as I make travel arrangements. After 10 pm the internet was at best intermittent and often stopped working or the signal was very low in room 114.

Best kept secret!

This place was charming. It is so clean and great location to all the wonderful restaurants, fishing, and whale watching, close to Boston and Salem. It's just a wonderful place to stay. Check in and check out. Simple. Cant wait to go back again soon...
