It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed!!! Virginia was great at checking in to make sure all was well. It was great to have fenced in yard for our dogs. It was the perfect size for our small family. Highly recommend.

The area inside was very clean, and the patio leading to the living area, as shown in the attached photo, is a pleasant place to sit for morning tea and stay out of the elements. Kitchen pans are old and scratched, but the eating dishes and utensils are nice. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Mattresses were comfortable. There was additional bedding in the closet if needed. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable, with a nice TV. We were there while the cherries were ripe, and we had to sweep out the gate area daily and clean our dogs' paws because, being dogs, they don't care what they step in. The adults had to navigate among dropped cherries. I suggested to the owner that she have two limbs of the tree removed for cleaner access. Overall, I do recommend these accommodations. It is centrally located in Glenwood Springs and we had easy access to our activities.

Great Spot

Loved our stay. Property was located centrally to the Springs and all shopping in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to make from the front door to the hot springs within 10 minutes. Virginia was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Outside seating area was cute and private.

Nice Unit in Glenwood

This unit was exactly as advertised. Nice cozy condo with a great outdoor fenced space for dogs. Very welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommend!

Got the job done

I want to start by saying the host was incredibly responsive and did try to mitigate all of our issues that we ran into but some of the things were out of their control. My biggest complaint with this property was that it didn’t feel prepared for us. We started with 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and 2/3 roll of paper towels for a 3 night holiday week stay. There was significant dog poop left in the yard, food under the couch, and hairballs in the living area. We also experienced 2 power outages. When we contacted the property owner she did bring us more paper goods promptly, and picked up most of the dog waste from the yard. Also, it can be quite noisy being in a unit under the host, so if you are a sound sleeper keep this in mind. I did really like the location of the unit, and the private entrance. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. Overall, it got the job done, and we enjoyed our visit. I just wish there had been a bit more preparation for our visit.

Quiet neighborhood close to town

We enjoyed the private entrance and outdoor courtyard at this basement property. It was close to both springs and downtown restaurants. Linens and kitchen are well equipped. Very clean and great communication with the property manager.

Lovely Glenwood property

This is a great little place to stay while in Glenwood. The property is very clean and well maintained. *Note that this property is a downstairs of a house, and the listing does not state that.* It was a surprise when we arrived. However, the property is quiet overall and we only heard the owners upstairs a couple of times. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and only about a 7 minute drive to downtown Glenwood Springs and hot springs.
