Host Terrible. We had issues with our stay such as a plumbing leak, a disgusting hot tub, a disgusting couch, and a bed that broke. After spending over 1,200 to stay here, the host offered back 83. Outrageous! The place is old and outdated. The knobs fell off of cabinet doors. The hot tub, which had not been cleaned prior to our visit, looks directly into the neighbor's garage and front door. The neighbors are not excited about the rental property next door. We spent our Friday evening cleaning the place so that people were comfortable sitting on the couch. And cleaning up the plumbing spill.The layout of the home is multi-level so you walk in on a ground floor that has a bedroom like a bathroom, a living space, and a kitchen (where we had the plumbing issue and ended up on our hands and knees cleaning up a pipe leak) with a daybed in a "room". Then you go up two or three steps and go down two or three steps to enter into another room with two beds and a couch, television and bathroom. The bathroom has multiple steps to enter it. Upstairs, there is a full kitchen, a small deck with questionable footings, a bathroom and a bedroom. If the host was a good host, I would have given place three to four stars because its a nice location, Even though the place is old and outdated. But when a host fails to fix the issues as they arise and then fails to make adequate compensation for it, its a negative three stars. Would not stay w Casago again. Terrible host! Not worth it!
