First impressions are everything and when I checked in the receptionist, Haqui, was exemplary. She was professional, friendly, obliging, customer friendly and a credit to the hotel. The room was large, the bathroom and shower were good and the bed was very comfortable. I had an evening meal which was very good and again with excellent customer service. The location is very central and I highly recommend the Radisson Blu hotel.

Rooms were well equipped, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent with efficient setup. The area is right by Central Station, which isn't pretty, but is near shopping and transport hubs. We had adjoining rooms. There were no balconies as far as I could tell. It's a convenient and friendly hotel.

Perfect for one night stay. Got access to room early as hotel seemed quiet. Room was spacious and well presented with tea and quality coffee making facilities. Breakfast had a wide range of options of quality food. Haggis was excellent! Good range of non dairy ‘milks’ but didn’t use as all were from the barista range containing unhealthy seed oils. All in all an excellent stay with helpful and happy staff.

A lovely hotel, staff all brilliant, room was nice. The only problem was the pillows, they were pretty solid and not particularly comfortable to sleep on - it might be worth them investing in some new ones or offering 2 with different firmness.
