This 2nd floor condo features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a comfortable living area, and a balcony. The resort offers many on-site amenities for your convenience including an outdoor pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and 335 feet of private beach! Walk over to the Bank of NH Pavilion Concert center to enjoy a show!

In the warmer months of the year, you'll want to get out on and in the Winnipesaukee Lake with plenty of options for tubing, boating, and swimming. The lake is located across the street from this condo. Adventurers will love the zipline tours and the mountain coaster while those with a little more zen may enjoy some mountaintop yoga. Click into your bindings for the winter where you'll find downhill groomers and plenty of opportunities to catch air in the terrain park. Not to mention, this getaway sits close to the ski area at Gunstock Mountain (downhill skiing, cross country ski center, and tubing) and close to the towns of Laconia and Plymouth. If you're looking to shop and dine, take a drive south to the Tanger Outlets just 14 miles away. And along the way, you'll find Pirates Cove for miniature golf and multiple regular-size golf courses.
