1. Room 6 should have more lighting. It is relatively dark. 2. Notification from the property was only on the arrival day. This may represent a problem for guest without a German SIM card.

Da könnte mal jemand putzen..

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick in einem guten Zustand. Leider war es dreckig. Der Boden wirkte nicht gesaugt, im Bad klebte etwas dunkles an der Wand, Flecken und Spritzer überall im Bad, die Ecken dreckig. Leider sehr schade. Ich hatte das Zimmer mit Balkon, was einiges wieder gut gemacht hat. Das Bett war sehr sauber und sehr bequem, die Handtücher genauso. Es wäre toll, wenn die Reinigung gründlicher verlaufen würde. Dann wäre das Erlebnis um einiges besser. Zudem hat es sehr stark nach Essen gerochen.

Vorausschauende Planung ist gar nicht vorhanden. Mails am Anreistag zu verschicken die man ja aus dem Ausland nicht abrufen kann ist völlig zwecklos.Bei der Buchung habe ich vergebens probiert nur 1Erwachsener einzugeben, springt immer wieder auf 2 Erwachsene zurück. Da ich meine Rechnung als Spesen abrechne werde ich da Schwierigkeiten bekommen.

We hadden hier een goede nacht op doorreis. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het station. Hoewel het gelegen is aan een drukke weg was het in de kamer stil. Het bed en de douche waren comfortabel. Alles was schoon en helder.

Dadurch, dass wir in der Sommerzeit hier waren, hatte sich das Apartment aufgeheizt. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und aufgrund der Straßenausrichtung war es auch nicht möglich das Fenster zu öffnen. Ansonsten lief aber alles problemlos ab, unmittelbar nach Buchung kam bereits die Info wo der Schlüssel zu finden ist und die Ausstattung war auch super.
