Avoid. Disgusting!

A very unpleasant stay. Filthy cabin, lots of rubbish left behind and roaches. We stayed one night and left early. Requested a refund based on poor service, have been ignored by manager.

It was great to have availability at short notice in the school holidays. The location is great but the park is run down. It had suffered flooding due to the sand bank backing up, parties were going on until midnight all around, I know it was a long weekend so understood. The oven was broken (we fixed it), the cabin (which sleeps 5)only had a 3 seater couch. The mattresses in the bunks were flat so felt like no mattress. The double bed was excellent and really comfy

It was our first holiday with our 10month old baby. Was pleasantly suprised with the cleanliness of the room. Even the microwave was spotless! We were impressed on how well stocked and organised the room was with utensils, teatowels etc.. The staff even called to mention activities that the facility was offering for the children during our stay.

Okay place to stay if you make it a home base or you don’t intend to do anything but sit around. Not a lot to do for teenagers. Mobile Service limited. Free wifi only worked well in certain areas. Cabin was roomy and clean.

The property was nice and clean, unfortunately some of the other guests didn’t consider others with banging and screaming from 4.30am last thing you wanna wake up to on the day of your dads funeral, when you had barely had any sleep in weeks, not parks fault but other guests need to be more considerate

I loved the natural feel i got from this property . It was quiet and kids friendly in terms of playarea. I loved waking up to see rabbits running freely on the lawn. I loved having a kitchen as i coukd cook when i wanted.The staff at the front office were amazing and made me laugh even though i was stressed when i arrived.

We arrived very late , around 12 am to check in . Although the check in was at 5pm . When we called at 12 am luckily some one respond and guide us how to check in . Excellent service
