A clean hotel with a good breakfast. Close to Gera sud railway station rooms in the process of being renewed with new carpet etc. Helpful staff.

Some heart in Gera

Had a great stay in this little hotel. Rooms were a great size and the staff were lovely. In a quiet stree you can get a good nights rest!

I would return

we had a late checkin. was greeted by a welcoming receptionist with a big smile on her face. Check-in was swift. We received the room keys and already in the room within 5 mins of arrival. The parking is behind the hotel for EUR 6,00 extra which was also mentioned on the website. We checked out early in the morning so didnt eat breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay and I would return. The carpet in the room and everywhere else needs replacing. Tea/coffee making facility in room would also help relax. I would say its more of a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. The wifi is an extra.

Wonderful hotel in good area for everything. The room was comfortable by U.S. standards. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was reasonably sufficient for what we needed. We didn't plan to spend much time in our room as we were touring and traveling. The pull out couch was extremely flimsy and nor comfortable...but the room was clean. The breakfast although not included, was good, and the staff was helpful.

Ich war nur eine Nacht im B&B, und habe sehr gut geruht. Einziger ganz kleiner Minuspunkt: außer dem KIKA war kein einziges MDR-Programm im Zimmerfernseher aufrufbar.

Sehr nette Bedienung, angenehme Atmosphäre, gutes Frühstück, auch für Diabetiker geeignet. Im Zimmer gab es einen Tisch mit Sitzhockern. Sauberes Bad. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war die farbliche Arrangierung, dunkle Decke, sehr viel Grau und Dunkelblau, Beleuchtung nir von der Seite - die Decke "fällt auf den Kopf".

Das Hotel ist insgesamt von der Möblierung, Ausstattung,etc. zweckmäßig. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut. Allerdings fehlt die gut sichtbare Ausschilderung/Beleuchtung und die sichtbare und möglichst beleuchtete Hausnummer Schülerstr.22. Der Parkplatz BB-Hotel in der Nebenstraße ist verwirrend mit BB-Logo beleuchtet. Die Kommunikation am Anreisetag wird erschwert, weil die Rezeption bei Anrufen erst reagiert, wenn man per E-Mail um Rückruf bittet. Das automatisierte Anmelden bei Spätanreise ist umständlich und die Notrufnummer ist nicht markant und deutlich sichtbar. Rezeption kann morgens den kurzen direkten Weg von 250 Metern zum Südbahnhof der DB nicht kurz erläutern, gibt eine Stadtplankopie und empfiehlt unnötiger Weise die Straßenbahn! Im Zimmer fehlt die Anleitung zur Bedienung der Heizung. Zeitungen fehlen, auch Kosmetiktücher. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist eher schwach. Hier bieten sich gute Chancen, die Atmosphäre zu verbessern. Wie ich von Gästen hörte, empfiehlt die Hotelleitung, die Zentrale zu kontaktieren, statt sich selbst verantwortlich zu fühlen.
