Hermosa casa decorada a medida con ocho habitaciones en la colonia DeBordieu

¡Damos la bienvenida a esta hermosa casa de ocho habitaciones a nuestro programa de alquiler para 2019! Esta casa fue construida en 2006 y ha sido completamente renovada y decorada a medida. El piso principal tiene una sala de estar de concepto abierto con muchos asientos disponibles para múltiples familias. La sala de estar se abre a la cocina gourmet, con una gama Viking, dos refrigeradores Viking y dos lavaplatos perfectos para un grupo grande. El bar de la isla tiene ocho taburetes y hay una mesa en la sala de desayunos con capacidad para diez. La despensa de un mayordomo conecta el comedor con la cocina y puede acomodar a todo su grupo para divertidas cenas familiares. También se encuentra en la planta principal la suite principal con una cama king size, acceso al balcón, un baño grande con una ducha de vidrio de lujo y vestidor. El cuarto piso cuenta con un segundo dormitorio principal y una sala de sol con acceso a la caminata de las viudas. La suite principal del cuarto piso cuenta con una cama king con baño privado, ducha de vidrio y bañera separada, vestidor y acceso a un balcón privado con vista al estanque. El paseo de la viuda tiene unas vistas espectaculares del océano y la marisma. La puesta de sol sobre el pantano DeBordieu es una visita obligada. El cuarto piso es un verdadero retiro de vacaciones!

Los otros seis dormitorios están en el segundo piso. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado completo. Estas habitaciones cuentan con tres camas king, una cama queen y un área para niños con una habitación con dos camas individuales y una habitación con literas. El área para niños también tiene una sala de estar separada con un televisor de pantalla plana y una XBox. Hay cuatro grandes porches en la casa. Cada habitación, a excepción de las habitaciones de los niños, tiene puertas francesas que se abren directamente a un porche. La planta baja cuenta con un garaje para tres coches, con gran capacidad de almacenamiento para juguetes de playa, junto con una mesa de ping pong y un agujero de maíz.

La membresía del club está incluida en el alquiler con acceso a restaurantes, tiki bar, piscinas, tenis y golf con tarifas aplicables.

It is perfect for our family - My husband and me, our three sons and their wives and children. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The layout is perfect and spread out. The porches are beautiful. I highly recommend this property for a large family. We mostly cooked - our grandkids are young - we did go out once to the Rustic Table (great service and food) and we went to the grill next to the pool once also. I highly recommend this property!

Great House

We had a wonderful week at Debordieu and the home is beautiful. The kitchen was fantastic and has 2 dishwashers! Sadly, one stopped working the 2nd day and couldn’t get fixed. We had a couple other issues but Tide Life took care of them quickly. With COVID we were limited in activities since visitors aren’t allowed in the pool, golf course or clubhouse, but the beaches were beautiful and clean. The home was comfortable with plenty of space to relax, hang out together, or hide away when needed. A dining room table big enough to seat 12 people is hard to find and this one was great. Kayaks, lots of beach chairs, ping pong, and cornhole were also a big bonus. The sink in the basement made for easy fish cleaning too. The elevator was a huge help and so happy we had it. The porches are fantastic, lots of space to spread out, play games, read, and nap. And the view from the top porch is incredible!

Wonderful property!

Beautiful home, even better than it looked online. Wish I had known the extras that were available with the property, including 2 kayaks and beach chairs. Lots of good games and puzzles. Kitchen had absolutely everything. The elevator was so helpful for my elderly mother and handicapped daughter. It does need some maintenance on the 2nd floor elevator door. It was tricky to open

Family Week in DeBordieu

This home was PERFECT for our large family. We had ages 2-84 and it worked beautifully. I had been in the home with previous owners and the current owners have done a wonderful job of making it beautiful, comfortable, and very accomodating. We are already committed and looking forward to next year's family gathering!

All of the folks we had with us really enjoyed the time there and only wished we had more time to spend. Next year we'll likely put in for an extra day :-) Only thing that was a slight disappointment was not having access to the elevator in the home, but that was by no means a deal breaker. We hope to have the opportunity to rent the same place next year.
