It was a great hotel right in the middle of Georgetown close to Armenian Street really enjoyed the staff. They took very good care of us. The breakfast. Every morning on the roof was probably the highlight of the morning. It was so beautiful to just sit and drink coffee with the view.

Excellent location. You can practically walk to most touristic spots of interest. Prangin and 1st Avenue malls are 5 mins walk from the hotel.The free CAT Rapid bus is located by the ferry terminal and takes you around the city loop. If you come by ferry you can take the CAT bus to the hotel which stops opposite Prangin mall.The staff especially Kasthuri and Joey were incredibly helpful and ready to provide info and tips on approach. Thank you for a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

It is an OK place where the location is good and the price of room is reasonable. The bed is clean and the room is reasonable clean too. However, it really does not deserved the 9 plus overall ratings. The aircon in my room is constantly making squeaking noise due to the flap not functioning properly. The towel rack in the bathroom is broken, and the wash basin is not installed solidly on the floor. I almost toppled the entire wash basin. The shower hot water is erratic and the hot water can be boiling hot, and it's not easy to adjust to the correct water temperature. Overall it is an ok budget hotel, but not a hotel that I will go back to stay. I will try other hotels in the vicinity next trip.

Enjoyed my stay at Le Dream. It is close to good food options like Kimberley Street night food market and Chowrasta market. Prangin Mall is only a two minute walk away for shopping. Komtar bus terminal is very close for Rapid Penang Bus. Walking distance to most all the sights to see in old George Town. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms have comfortable firm beds and are clean. Shower and bathroom are very good. Safe is available in room to store valuables. Has a mini fridge to keep some drinks cold. Overall it's very good value for your money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel to stay in George Town.

Excellent staff when meet in person and I hope someone can allow the message to be respond when I send on Expedia. Try to send message on Expedia prior to arrival in advance but never get any reply. Property is amazing and staff is excellent. Highly recommend if the staff can access to reply any message or someone who in charge should be responsible to reply in hour or same business day. Love this location and definitely will be back.
