You'll find our villa in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, tucked away in a serene dead-end enclave. Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The villa is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom 2-story retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, upscale, low-density neighborhood.

Here's a breakdown of the bedroom configurations:

- 2nd-floor master bedroom #1: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and Google Nest Mini speaker. The shower has a stunning view of the North Sound.

- 2nd-floor bedroom #2: Two twin-size beds, attached bathroom with a full shower (shared with bedroom #3). The 2 twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request.

- 2nd-floor bedroom #3: Queen-size bed

Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen:

The villa boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals. You can also bring in your own private chef if desired. There is a drip and Keurig coffee pot for your morning brew. The kitchen also has a Google Nest Hub Smart Display. An outdoor gas BBQ grill is also included.

Smart TV and Wi-Fi:

The smart TV in the living area is preloaded with apps, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:

Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.

Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Beach Gear & Resort Amenities:

Shared Community Pool: Enjoy the community pool with a patio with umbrellas and pool lounge chairs, along with a large deck area. The pool is shared with 3 other condo units, and lightly occupied.

- Snorkel Sets including masks, snorkels and fins are available. Perfect for exploring the shallow reefs at many of the nearby Grand Cayman beaches. Please clean and use at your own risk.

- 4 Portable Beach Chairs, plus Beach Umbrella. Ideal for loading up in your rental car to take to the beach!

- The condo is also equipped with 1 adult and 1 child-size fishing poles with a basic tackle box. Cast right off the dock just steps from your condo!

30 ft. Boat Dock:

The villa features a private 30-foot boat dock, enabling boaters to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Caribbean Sea. Seasoned boaters can rent a 21 to 24-foot private boat or jet skis for the day, partial week, or full week. The dock is also ideal for your pick up by your charter excursion operations for deep sea fishing and snorkel trips to Stingray City.

Convenient Location:

- Conveniently located within a 10-minute drive of a supermarket, liquor store, shopping options, and dining establishments.

- Seven Mile Beach, the airport, and Georgetown are all easily accessible, just a 12-15 minute drive away.

Nearby Beaches:

- Spotts Beach (5 minutes).  Great for seeing turtles, lobsters and octopus.

- Cemetery Beach (25 minutes). Excellent snorkel spot with easy entry, calm waters and great for beginners.

- Smith's Barcadere (10 minutes).  Also known as Smith's Cove.  A beautiful cove, great snorkeling around the rocks, ideal for couples or small groups.

- Seven Mile Beach (15 - 20 minutes). Iconic white sands and crystal waters.  Perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

- Governor's Beach (15 - 20 minutes). A quieter spot along Seven Mile, with calm water and good snorkeling.

- Eden Rock (15 minutes). A favourite snorkel spot.  Incredible fish and reef formations.  Swim right from Eden Rock Diving Centre.

Transportation options include:

• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car

• Bus Service: A convenient 5-minute walk to the nearest stop, with regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Foster's and Hurley's supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

*Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open.  However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Check In & Check Out:

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code on check in day. Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.

Check out is self service, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.

Travel Insurance:

For extra peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (August–October), to help protect against unexpected trip interruptions.
