We had a wonderful time at the Hidden Oasis. Appreciate the quick response to questions and issues from Kyle.
We loved:
Pool-seriously it was amazing with the bar area, seating and fridg/freezer.
Hot tub.-wonderful it is outside to see the stars.
Fire Pit-perfect for smores!
Kitchen-great size for large group-plenty of counter and storage space. 2 refrigerators-brilliant!
Living space-couches chairs comfy.
3 bathrooms were welcomed with large group.
Front porch great space to unwind.
Game room had fun layout & great added space.
SOOOO appreciated the extra linens, pillows and towels.Good quality too.
Kitchen well appointed. The generous amount of dishes, glasses, pans were perfect for large groups.
Great parking and turning around space.
Location was perfect for our day trips to Traverse City, Petosky and Mackinac island.
Little store just down Sparr Rd was perfect for last minute items. Great t shirts too!
Suggestions for improvement:
-more air conditioners-for each room-a mini split for living room/kitchen a must. May want to let renters know that with temps in 90’s space is very warm. The game room especially was hot, stuffy without any air movement. We brought 2 fans and bought 2 more while there.
-provide more fans until ac is installed. We understand this is newer rental and weather/climate is changing and for most of year likely not a problem.
-have ice makers turned on and producing ice-or list there is no ice so renters can be prepared
-great having dish soap, detergent. One cleaner would have helped in kitchen clean up.
