Clean spacious & very comfortable room 👌 The staff were very friendly & welcoming. I did pay £15 more for early check in but it was totally worth it. The washroom with bathtub was a very decent size. I did opt to take a double bed, and got one with a single bed extra for free. I honestly didn’t expect the room to be this good size so definitely recommending it for a small family.

Rooms are large and clean, albeit a little musty. Perfect for a short hop. 5 minutes walk to North terminal. Make sure you arrive at the correct place as there on a larger Premier Inn at the North terminal with the same post code..

We staid one night great place clean safe great customer service great breakfast , the breakfast was not included with the booking but still was reasonable and was very easy to get to the airport by walking we loved it

Family room was cramped & hot with 2 adults & 2 kids. No fridge in the room was unexpected & meant some food had to be thrown out because room was too hot. A short 10 min walk from Gatwick North terminal so not too bad. Great buffet breakfast!

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Nothing like the pictures. Room and hotel were absolutely outdated and disgusting with mold everywhere. Left after looking at the room and booked another hotel immediately.
