Great stay, dangerous large deckchair

The hotel wqs great, staff were friendly. However, I will mention that the large deck chair feature hadn’t been put together properly and the canvas gave way when my 13 year old son sat on it. He fell to the concrete floor and hurt his back. Thankfully he didn’t have a glass in his hand and I was just about to sit on there with him with my glass. The canvas looked like it is positioned in place around the frame with velcro. It is dangerous if not put on properly.

Hôtel ok mais situé à 10 mins à pied de Gatwick

L'hôtel est ok mais sa principale qualité et qu'il est situé à 10 mins à pied du terminal South de l'aéroport de Gatwick. Il y a une navette mais payante. La marche est courte et facile s'il ne pleut pas. Si vous voyagez à partir du terminal North, rendez-vous à pied au terminal South et vous pourrez prendre le train gratuit jusqu'au terminal North (3 mins)

Hotel itself and the staff were nice enough, but to call yourself an airport hotel and not have an airport shuttle is ridiculous. With a bag it is absolutely not walking distance. And the paid shuttle service that comes by only runs twice an hour.
