Our family loves this adorable cabin! The hot tub and pool table were huge hits. We were located about a half hour from most attractions but away from all the hustle and bustle of being around too many people.

2024 - October trip

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at this cabin. It is very clean and well maintained. The drive to the cabin is much easier than most other cabins and it is very close to town and the park. Also, the owners are very friendly and easy to work with. They knew it was my father’s 90th birthday and had balloons and a jar of chocolate candy waiting for us when we arrived. Finally, we got to see two young bears wrestling in a neighbors driveway for about 10 minutes near the end of our stay. That was the icing on the cake. Hopefully next year will be our 4th year here.

Amazing trip in beautiful mountains! The cabin was wonderful! It was so clean and had so many extras. Grandkids loved the game room and pool table. Made many amazing memories. Dollywood, splash country Anakeesta.We saw 12 bears during our stay. Cades cove amazing during bike day! Can’t wait to return!!

Fantastic.

This cabin was perfect. It was very clean and had everything you need for a nice family vacation. It was also well stocked. Having each bedroom on each floor with its own bathroom helped with privacy. It was in a great location that avoided traffic and easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect Cabin

We were pleasantly surprised by the cabin, the pictures actually don’t do it justice. Very clean and had everything we needed. Love that it was tucked away. Location couldn’t have been better for us while we needed to go back and forth to Sports World. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience!

We chose this location because we wanted to stay outside of the downtown location but at the same time have an easy and quick route to it. It was in a nice and quiet area at the hilltop behind Gatlinburg-Pittman High School. The layout was perfect for 6 people, with kids sleeping downstairs where the arcade game and pool table were. My parents had the main level which was perfect for them since they don’t care for stairs these days and my wife and I stayed on the upper level. Super clean, no issues. To be honest, we wish we had more time at this property. Hosts were great! We will definitely be looking forward to booking in the future!

Repeat visitors.

This is our second time staying at the property. We love the location because it is close to downtown Gatlinburg and the park and you can take an alternate route to get to Pigeon Forge to avoid the Gatlinburg traffic. The drive to the cabin is not too steep or scary. The cabin is in a wooded setting and the spacing between cabins is such that you don’t feel crowded. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We each had our own space on 3 separate floors. Thanks to the owners. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful & Quiet!

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The pool table and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. I really liked that each bedroom was on separate floors for privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Fall beauty

This was an amazing place. Well thought out and clean! While there was plenty to do at the cabin, the weather was so beautiful and our days so full we were too exhausted to take full advantage of all the amenities. I did however get to school my 19 year old son on the vintage arcade games. We had an amazing time. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Property review

Property was everything as advertised, beautiful. The owners were easy to communicate with and readily available to answer questions. I would only suggest to the owners/ property managers to occasionally check behind the cleaning company. There was hair in the main floor bathroom sink and shower. Not a deal breaker for me. I would still highly recommend to stay here. We had a great time. Thank you again.

We loved this cabin

We enjoyed our stay at Bumbling Bear Cabin! We were never bored while hanging out at the cabin between the hot tub, pool table, arcade games, TVs, movies and games. Very clean and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Close drive to all attractions we ventured out to. Definitely recommend to anyone this is a great place to stay. We will stay here again on future trips to Gatlinburg!!

Fun Birthday

My husband and daughters celebrated my birthday Labor Day weekend in Gatlinburg.The cabin was what was pictured...beautiful. Amy was responsive to our needs. She actually cared that our stay was okay. We will definitely rent this cabin again.

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was perfectly located (15-20 min) to so many attractions and we had plenty of room for our group to spread out. The pool table, hot tub and gaming systems made it even better.

Amazing location, Great property..loved it

The property was amazing. Loved the balcony and the peace of the location. Great proximity from the Smoky's and Gatlinburg. Only thing we want to mention was about the hot tub. A couple of us used and the dip in the tub ended up bleaching or clothes (too much chlorine maybe?)
