The site looked nice, there rooms were nice, the staff was very friendly. You can walk to the strip which takes about 20 min. Easy walk, did it several times a day. There is also a free shuttle run by the city that runs a loop and stops at the Appy. So very easy if you don't want to walk. The fire pits are charming and a nice place to hang out in the evenings. I would definately stay here again

This property is in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Minutes in either direction and you are there. Nice to stay in a cabin themed room without cabin prices. Clean pool indoor- nice hot tub! Clean parking lot- clean building. Fun decor.

When I first walked in the room, there was a humidifier running in the room that was full of water and needed to be emptied which I did. They did not tell me beforehand it would be there. But would have been nice to know so I could have changed rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for easy access to Great Smoky mountains National Park and I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. I was there for about a week, and the national park is so big I did not have time to finish all the hiking trails which were beautiful. Room was very comfortable and quiet and clean. Main shopping, dining area of Gatlinburg is within walking distance and took about 10 minutes to get to.

Great location

Excellent location, restaurant on one side and miniature golf on the other. Quiet. Nice rooms. It's a beautiful lodge and really liked the rustic decor. Stayed here before and no negative experiences other than I was told they had breakfast at 7:00, but for whatever reason, the lights were off and no one had prepared anything that I saw.
