Customer Service, not good.
Great location and house. Comfortable for 6 adults and 6 kids. Unless adults like bunk beds. Kitchen not fully equipped. Cheap utensils and not many pots and pans. Couldn’t check in early even though cleaners were done. Given wrong code for check in, messed around for 20 minutes with that. Wrong info on WiFi provided and had to contact for that too. Then a pair of earrings was left (not lost- knew exact place) requested to be mailed to me and they stated it would cost 25 plus shipping which I said that was fine, just wanted back. For a whole week I got the same response, we are waiting to hear from cleaning crew and they sent messages each time, but never heard back from them. If they weren’t going to return them then they should have the decency to say so and not string me along. Basic customer service there. My guess, cleaning crew stole and kept for themselves. Yes, my mistake forgetting them, but I agree to pay for them to be retrieved and sent back. The house was nice and location was good but customer service through the whole process kind of sucked. I hope owners realize the company they chose to manage their property is not good.
