Excellent service the cabin is very cozy and fully equipped it is located in a good place to visit the city and the mountains also if you are a fan of the snow I highly recommend it I am already waiting for the moment to visit it again

We had a great time in the cabin. There were 6 adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It’s a 3 level cabin, and there is a bedroom on each floor. The game room is great to have, especially when it’s cold outside! The cabin is very clean and comfortable. It is also convenient for Gatlinburg activities and surrounding areasA couple cons- The showers are very small. There isn’t much of a yard. It was ok for us, but if our kids were small, it would be tough for them not to be able to have space outside. The fire pit is in the “front yard,” but is alongside the road, so it was a little awkward to use- not exactly private. I could have a conversation with our neighbors on their porch we were so close. A couple things inside needed a little TLC, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a great cabin and in a great location

We absolutely will be renting again next year. The host were wonderful and easy to talk to. They are easy to get in touch with. The location is the best, everything is within a mile or two. If you are going with other people, this is the perfect cabin bc of the privacy you have. There are three stories and they all have a deck.

Our stay was amazing! Had everything we need in kitchen! Lots of space and Host was amazing! Only upgrades would be blinds that fit windows, some had no blinds and some are broken! Other than that everything was amazing!Enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend!!!!

What a wonderful place this was - clean, comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with what you would need/want. The only complaints I heard from my adult children were - we didn't stay long enough, and we didn't see any bears. Maybe next time!

We had a great family vaca. The cabin was perfect for traveling with adult children. Each couple had their own floor with a master bedroom suite. There was a LOT of bear activity around us. Very exciting. But, if you have small children it may be a little uncomfortable having the bears that close to the cabin. We will definitely rent this cabin again. The owners were very responsive, as well.

We loved this cabin. Everything was very clean including the hot tub. The hot water heater was great even with 6 people staying and taking showers. The air conditioning was wonderful even on the top floor. The layout of the cabin was perfect with each room having it's own floor and own bathroom. We were even able to see a few bears from a distance. We all agreed we would stay at this cabin again when we go back to this area!

The bottoms of all 3 showers were black. We took pictures. The toilets had rings around the bowl. The shower curtain liners were dirty. The blinds in all the rooms were wonky. It was not cleaned very well at all. She offered for the cleaners to come & clean but we needed to be there. We didn’t want to ruin our plans for the day so that the cabin could be cleaned. This should have been done before she got there. I would not recommend.

The cabin was perfectly located just miles from Gatlinburg. The home is beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and an extra touch was each of the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled which made looking for items so much easier. We’d definitely stay here again, our only regret is that we only booked two nights versus a longer stay because we had such a great time.
