Wonderful stay

We had a great time at this Vrbo. Plenty of room for the eight of us.The kids especially enjoyed the air hockey game, the wall mounted magnetic chessboard, and darts. The younger ones also had fun with the toys and books that were provided. Location is excellent, near various trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and an adventure Park called Ober Mountain, which was only five minutes away. The 10-year-old said he liked this even better than Disney because the lines weren’t long! :-)Jennifer, the owner of the Vrbo, was very attentive and responded immediately to a couple of minor concerns.We definitely recommend this property. Would love to come back someday.

Family ski trip

Jenny is a fantastic host, she’s very responsive, flexible, and we couldn’t ask for a better host. The house is nice and spacious along with plenty of fun activities. Our family stayed for a ski trip and were very disappointed in Ober mountain. We endured up driving an hour away to ski. Other than that our trip is considered another memory in the books. Thanks again for our host Jenny.

Gatlinburg Family Christmas

Our family of 9 spent Christmas week in Gatlinburg, & the chalet was perfect! Plenty enough room to accommodate us all. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Great location to do all we wanted to do in GSMNP & Gatlinburg.

Perfect location for a cabin getaway

We will definitely rent this cabin again. We loved everything about it. Note to host: can open is broken in kitchen, lights in bedroom on main flicker so just used lamp, downstairs TV channels and dvd do not work. But over all loved everything.

This property was perfect for our family! The way the rooms were divided up, worked great for our three separate family group that stayed in the cabin. The location was ideal for getting into town. And we were able to see bears on multiple days. We loved this cabin and would definitely book again!

Heaven on earth!

We were in town for a family vacation/Vow renewal. The Mountain Haven was absolutely breathtaking. We had so much fun playing air hockey and the other games, soaking in the hot tub and just enjoying our time together. The home was so big and spacious. Jenny the home owner was wonderful. She was quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Amazing escape to the Smoky Mountains!

This house was incredible! We loved feeling like we were away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, but could be downtown within 6 minutes. If we turned right we were in Smoky Mountain National Park within 6 minutes. The quiet street and endless fun the house offered kept all 7 of us busy and happy. Our ages ranged from 9to 79, and everyone loved it. There was even a bear who visited us daily and left nose prints on our cars.

Peaceful place

The cabin was very comfortable and spacious. We spent time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so the cabin was in a perfect location to visit both. I would recommend this cabin to a large group for relaxation and fun.

Absolutely Amazing!

This is the place to stay if you are visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area! From the second we arrived we were amazed by the cleanliness of the property and how beautifully decorated it is. It has everything you need and more! We had a bear visit several times and sit right on the front porch. If you don’t feed them they’ll let you enjoy watching them and then they’ll just leave. So cool! The Ober tram is just minutes away and we rode that right down into Gatlinburg. So convenient! The hot tub was wonderful and the beds were so comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this location and this cabin! The hostess- Jenny- was wonderful with communication and checked in to make sure everything was good. 10 out of 10 stars! You won’t be disappointed!

Family Vacation in Gatlinburg

My family had a great stay. There were more amenities then listed. This was the first vacation my wife and I took our young son on and we were nervous about the number of floors and baby proofing. They had everything, a highchair, baby gates, outlet plugs, toys, etc. Much more than we expected. We could focus on relaxing and not chasing around a baby. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend it.

Outstanding in Every Way

This chalet is even better than it looks in the listing. It is spacious, open, and spotlessly clean. The beds and other furnishing are newish and comfortable. The towels are plush and soft. The kitchen has a full complement of dishes, glasses, appliances, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, and dishwasher detergent all were provided. The kids -- and adults -- loved the air hockey, fussball, and big screen theater area in the basement. Everyone declared the chalet to be the best vacation spot ever. The owner was very responsive to questions. If I could rate this property higher than five stars, I would.

Mount Heaven truly

Jenny was a wonderful host, we sorted through the stuff that came up and I personally think she was great. The cabin was cozy and had plenty of games and the kitchen was well stocked, only one hicup with the A/C we couldn't quite get it right, our people at the bottom floor got really cold while the ones upstairs were really warm. Overall we loved our stay.

This Chalet is not too far up the mountain, good for if you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. It's very close to Ober Gatlinburg.

FINAL FIESTA

We loved the cabin and it was perfect for our weekend celebration! We would have liked to had a bigger hot tub considering there were 12 of us and how many the cabin can accommodate sleep-wise (would have been nice if it held 5-6 people). The hot tub was tiny and three people really seemed like too many. Ceiling fans would have been a nice addition too! I’d definitely stay again tho, I’d just bring a fan with me!! :)
