Excellent value. I would return.

Realmente no esperaba mucho. Solo quería encontrar lugar donde quedarme para poder visitar a mi hija, quien lleva casi 6 años viviendo en Tennesssee. Si embargo, encontré una propiedad super cómoda y segura. La comunicación de los propietarios fué excelente y pude llegar a la propiedad sin dificultad. A final, tratamos de seguir lo mejor posible las instrucciones de "checkout" las cuales estaban escritas en un manual.

Positive experience

Overall a very nice complex high in the mountains which we loved the views. No fault of anyone’s except myself for not reading more closely, but kids were very disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed. Condo was spacious and comfy, big kitchen and plenty of space for the five of us. Beds were a bit hard but fine for a short stay (3 days). Loved the play room and enclosed porch with games/books. Couldn’t really figure out the electronic game as info states PAC man/Donkey Kong but we couldn’t find it. For money, you can’t beat the location and condo…thank you!

Fabulous view and very quiet!

Gorgeous view out all the windows. Very quiet, great beds and nicely decorated. The game room was fun with Pac-Man. Bathrooms and kitchen were very spacious. Excellent stay!

Great Condo Location!

We loved staying here! The Christmas decor added to the fun! My kids loved the game room and kid play room! We specifically visited this area to visit Ober Gatlinburg and the location of this condo was perfect for that. My kids didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be staying again!

Clean but Stressful

Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. There were TVs in all rooms. The location was convenient. So the property itself was nice. There were a few things about the place we didn't like. There were a few things surprising about it, there was no soap or shampoo for the showers. There was no coffee, not even a couple k-cups to get us started on our first day. The main reason for the review was the level of stress we had about being there. The owners were sending us messages that there were cameras and the neighbors were watching and would call the police if we didnt follow the trash protocol or the pet rules. There were also other things like if there was a stain on the washcloths we would be charged, if it took the cleaners more time than expected we'd be charged... it just felt like they were waiting to catch us doing something and it made it hard to relax and enjoy an otherwise nice condo.

Beautiful View and Great Communication with Owners

The view is beautiful! The road is steep and narrow… The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the place smelled musky. I have asthma and had a hard time with my breathing. I am normally not a complainer but the place would be perfect if it were updated and repainted! The communication with the owners was wonderful! A bear tried to get into our vehicles so there was bear prints on the truck… That was awesome!

Enjoyable time

We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. It was very nice and clean, and the walk-in shower was wonderful. I would have liked an electric fireplace instead of a woodburning, as I would have loved to have just clicked it on and off.

We wish we’d stayed longer!

We really enjoyed this property and would come back. Plenty of room and the layout was great. Beautiful views. We even saw a black bear from the window! An accumulation of small annoyances resulted in 4 out of 5 stars: no Kleenex (my husband was dealing with unexpected allergies), found a cover to a pot that was dirty, garbage bag was super flimsy and cheap and kept falling in on itself, the stove clock was 40 minutes behind (fixed it), only two kitchen towels provided (I think at least three should be provided, one for drying hands, one to lay out for hand-washed dishes, and one for drying dishes), and no lighter for the fireplace.

Our First Anniversary

We had a great time! The condo was wonderful! Even after Helene, there were only occasional showers and we were able to enjoy the national park, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Loved the huge shower and the view from the condo. The view was a bit obstructed by trees, but we didn’t go up to the third floor common area where it might have been better. Also, be aware you do have to walk up/down a flight of stairs from/to the parking lot. The hosts were very responsive.

Best place to stay for a visit to the National Park & area

Location, location, location. That's the most amazing thing about this condo. 15 minutes from the national park entrance, 15 from Gatlinburg, 20 from Pigeon Forge. Near the towns, but out of the hubbub. Looking out from the living area, one can see for miles across the valley. One evening we were treated to an amazing rainbow. The condo is very quiet and spacious. The kitchen has a wide array of pots/pans/dishes/knives/coffee pots, blender, etc. The walk-in shower is delightful, and there was lots of hot water. The beds are very comfortable. It was nicely decorated. Everything is extremely clean and maintained. The host checked with us to make sure we were okay, and we knew we could contact them, if need be, but they were very respectful of our privacy. We would most definitely stay here again. 5+ stars!

Quaint and quiet

Very clean and stocked well. The beds were very comfortable. The game table did not work and the board games were missing most parts. Location was as expected, very high in the mountains. View from inside is at the tree line with no major Mountain Views. Local residents are friendly and helpful.

Great property

Highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting a nice/safe/clean complex. It is at the top of the mountain so if steep roads scare you, this isn’t the one for you. The complex was quiet and very clean with ample parking. The condo was clean and couches/bed comforable.My only complaint is the smaller bathroom smelt musty.

Bear week

The condo was clean and spacious. There were a lot of bear sightings this week in and around the condo but Scott and Regina sent us email before hand to gives us a heads up. Great communication from Scott and Regina before and after check in. This condo is on top of the mountain so keep that in mind. A few times we had to plan our drives a little different as some of the roads can be a little steep. Overall we would stay in this condo again.

Hosts were super responsive, property was clean & close to everything. Feel like the views are probably best during fall and winter. The observation deck was gorgeous though. If you have to bring a computer with you for work it’s hard to find outlets to plug in the living room, so I’d bring a charging bank. Overall amazing!
