This cabin met our needs and more! It was exactly what we needed as a large family. The property managers were on top of everything. We had great communication with them. It was very clean. Definitely a breath of fresh air! We even got to see three bears taking a stroll.

Fantastic!

The Cabin is beautiful. The layout is very spacious. There was plenty of seating and sleeping space. Nothing was broken. Everything was clean. The view is great! And everything you could possibly want to do is 20 minutes or less away. Overall a zero complaint experience. One heads up to those who read this, the roads close to the cabin are very steep, but even with snow falling just 12 hours prior and temperatures never getting higher than freezing, the roads were clear and gave us and our 2wd no issues.

Property Review

The property was as advertised and very beautiful and centrally located. We did have an issue when we first arrived, and the property managers resolved immediately. I would rent this place again. We had three generations of family and everyone loved the property.

Beautiful and clean

We really enjoyed how clean and well stocked this cabin was. We only had 6 people, but it could accommodate so many more people. Beds were comfortable, Hot tub was clean, not far from town. We had a great time here.

Fall break

Our stay was excellent, house was as advertised and had tons of room for everyone. The views were great and we saw bears every day of our stay. It’s about 15 minutes to pigeon forge, 15 minutes to gatlinburg, and 15 minutes to the grocery store. I will say the trip up and down the mountain was fun for me, some of our party hated the winding up and down. I think that’s just part of a house on a mountain. 10/10 would recommend, especially for a big family.

Perfect place for a family vacation

This house was perfect for my family on our trip to the smoky mountains. Each floor has 2 HUGE bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. Checking in was super smooth and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. Everything was immaculately Clean and the house is laid out and away where everybody feels like they have their own space. I had 12 family members here and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The best part about this house is the gigantic Eat in kitchen And the proximity to Gatlinburg. You can park your car at the welcome center right at the bottom of the mountain and take the trolley into town.

Great Stay

9 family members (mostly retired) stayed her for 5 nights. Great house with plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful area, close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and GSMNP. Got to see bears walking right outside the house twice. Great communication with Archie and Vince. I would definitely recommend them.

Spring Break at the Great Smoky Chalet

The family, along with some friends, had a wonderful time at the Great Smoky Chalet! Location was beautiful, convenient to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, and the drive up the mountain was fun for those of us used to flatter country. We saw 2 black bears near the cabin the first evening there (from the safety of our car) which was one of the trip’s highlights. The house was a great size, clean and comfortable. Everyone loved that each room had its own private bathroom. The kitchen area was awesome, as was the game room and hot tub. The hosts were great to work with, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great layout

The size of the property was comfortable for a moderate sized party. We had four families with a total of 14 people; 1.5 years old to 60. There was ample room for togetherness as well as space for separate activities. The only negative I have is that there were spaces that were worn and in need of updates.

Family Christmas Trip

Every year we rent a house or cabin for our family for a long weekend. We were so happy to have found this cabin. It fit the 12 of us perfectly. We had plenty of room without being on top of each other and with the pool table, air hockey and video games there was something to do when the weather was rainy. The owners were great with communication from the moment we rented the cabin. They responded quickly when we had any questions. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

The cabin proved to be as described and ideal for large (15 people) family. Large / spacious rooms, and well laid out w/bedding. Views from the four decks were very nice. The owners were very good / easy to work with. Recommended!!

Great house

This house was the perfect size for our group of 9. It’s in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed the large kitchen and living room area. There was little in the kitchen as far as serving pieces/cooking utensils but we brought some. We accidentally left some so the kitchen has more. : ). The beds were a little firm for my liking but that’s probably a personal preference. There was a couple lights that needed bulbs replaced and the sink in the upstairs king size bedroom/bathroom was clogged.A couple of the bathrooms really need to be updated especially for the price. Also the front steps were a little unsteady and kind of just unattractive. We enjoyed the weekend at the house overall.

Perfect Home for Family Gathering

This beautiful home with it’s beautiful view was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. We had 10 people in our party and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved that we could all fit around the large dining table. Everyone enjoyed the game room, playing pool, and relaxing on the deck. I had the pressure of finding the perfect vacation home, and everyone was very happy!

Family Vacation

It was a great family vacation house. The bedrooms were very large and private. We loved the kitchen and wrap around bar for cooking and hanging out together. Added bonus was the clubhouse pool. The view was spectacular.

Great Location with Amazing views

2 adults and 7 teens (ages 13-16). Perfect house for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Great having the pool table in the kitchen for everyone to hangout, cook, and grill. Kitchen very spacious with plenty of seating. Kids loved the game room with big TV on the bottom level. The drive into the neighborhood is beautiful. Location is perfect for any activity. 20 min to Dollywood and 20 min into Gaitlinburg. Bonus - can see the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony every night.
