The naegative- House only has 3 1/2 baths. We rented this home so each couple had a full bathroom as ad made it sound like 4 full. Arriving at night place is black. No street lights, no working porch lights etc, and no way to turn on porch lights. Barbq is missing pieces so unusable. Heat was never explained- it seems now that thermostat on main is for front of house, and upstairs thermostat is for 2 rear floors of addition. Branches all over yard, and filthy rear porch. The good- beautiful home, comfy beds, great location. Worked out great for our group, but since 2 of the full baths were ensuites 4 adults were left sharing one full bathroom for showers. Home will need a little love soon- touch ups etc but still a great place to rent.
