Timely and perfect communication and check in was a breeze. Kitchen had everything we needed including pots and pans for a large group and a huge variety of spices. Multiple porches to watch sunrises, sunsets and take in the beautiful views. EZ 10 min walk to beach. We had an excellent stay and the whole family would come back! We loved the selection of games and the ping pong table!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Everything about this property is sooo emmaculate...From the breathtaking iews, the amenities, the first and second floor, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, to the kitchen, the open concept and how well-supplied the home was...we couldn't ask for anything more. We held our women's retreat here and it was the best VRBO experience we've had in 5 years. We had ladies from several states who echoed how beautiful and amazing this property was from the moment we drove up and walked in. And the home is way more beautiful in person. It's located in a quite and serene area, close to the beach and is very family friendly. Check-in and check-out were so simple and included detailed instructions. Property manager was very friendly, professional and responsive to all communications and requests. We look forwarding to coming back and would definitely book again!! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Reunion

This home was large enough for our very large family to get together for a weekend. The home was clean, as described, bed were comfortable and in great condition, every need was anticipated and provided for in this home, including a multi charging station, beach toys, wagon. The Keurig coffee pot has both ground and cup accommodations. Everything was in working order, ample balcony seating. The neighborhood is great, with pools, gym, restaurant...for a fee of $25/stay/person. We loved the tunnel to the beach that goes under the road. Sadly, the rain and mosquitoes put a damper on our beach walks. The day was saved by the game room ping pong table. This home is lovely and a great place to make some memories. The owners are easy to reach and quick to reply.

This House Has Everything!

As all travelers I rely on rental properties to be clean and have comfortable beds. However this house goes well beyond that. It has everything you might want. The kitchen was well equipped to include cooking utensils, coffee pot and one cup Keurig upstairs and down with a well organized supply of k-cups. Lots of towels for kitchen, baths, and beach. Board games, pingpong, basketball, bicycles, and pool toys. We even found a small but powerful flashlight which came in handy when a storm knocked out our power for a little while. End tables with outlets built in to charge your devices. One extra that I always judge a bathroom on is the number of hooks to hang towels, toiletry bags, or pajamas. My bathroom had more than I needed which I loved. Unfortunately the weather was not totally cooperative so we were not able to enjoy everything the property had to offer, but we will be back. Thanks to Richard and Tammy for their responsiveness to my questions and requests. Your house is awesome!

A Treasure in Pointe West

If you are looking for a well appointed, well supplied, well positioned house to rent in Pointe West, look no further. This was our 2nd time renting this house. We loved every minute of our stay!

Family Get Together

We rented this property for a family get together. It also happened to be my wife’s birthday so it was a surprise for her. The house was beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend this property if you have a large family. 10/10

It's the little things..

This house was ready to be our home for the week! Labels on kitchen drawers and cabinets - wonderful! Basic toiletries - bonus! Paper towels - will wonders never cease!! We are a large family with small children, so we cook at home a lot. This kitchen was amazingly well stocked with dinnerware and pots and pans. The weather didn't cooperate for us to use the resort pools, but they did look awesome and very well kept!

Perfect Getaway House

The listing was exactly as advertised. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Access to the pools was a nice added bonus. The house had 4 trash cans and the property manager set them out on trash day which was a surprisingly nice feature to have enough cans to adequately accommodate the garbage a large group produces. Would absolutely stay again.

Memories for a lifetime

It was the perfect home - we had such an amazing time if i had to say anythiung of improvement it would be that the beach club did not offer food and drinks like it had in the past and the the lazy river was as warm as bathwater. However that did not stop us from doing both and loving every minute. this home is "HOME" in every sense of the word - you feel like you are at home. Very thankful for the opportunity to stay here and hope to do it again in the future.

2 days of fun to extend our vacation after a cruise

Great Home for Large Family

The home is beautiful and VERY well appointed with kitchen supplies, activities / games for kids, etc. The views are great, we love Pointe West. The property management team was solid as well, brought in garbage cans after pickup and were quick to pickup our service call.

***Family Vacation 2023***

This was our 2nd annual family vacation and our first time staying at this resort home. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was really nice, spacious and relaxing. This was the very first time we were able to get our Dad to come on vacation. We are so happy we chose this home because he had a wonderful time. He told us he wasn’t ready to go home…Wow! That says a lot. My family and I would love to stay again. Thanks for everything!

Family and friends getaway!

We had 3 families stay over Spring Break with kids ranging from 7 to 10 months and had an absolutely fabulous time. The home was spacious and well stocked with the perfect kitchen for cooking with a large group. Rooms were situated well so each family could have their own bathroom. Only minor feedback would be that the property could use a deep clean ( baseboards, etc) and paint touch up but this would not deter us from booking again! The location was great for us! We rented a large golf cart and could go from beach to pool in minutes. Truthfully the kids loved the golf cart a little too much! Richard was fantastic and super responsive. Would absolutely recommend and we are planning to stay again!

It was the perfect house for the family size we had stay! We were close to everything and walkable to beach. We did drive to parking area to make it an easier trek to beach too. The house views are great and we had everything we needed. Thank you for great stay!

What a lovely home

We really appreciate the opportunity to stay at this property. Our family-all nine of us, felt right at home and the owners did more than we asked, even decorating it for Christmas, which we were thrilled by, but would’ve been just fine without too. The home was clean and comfy-even the upstairs too-sometimes that isn’t the case, but we were all very cozy. The bay, birds and beach time nearby were amazing -and why we came. The only disappointment-and absolutely not a reflection on the owners, was the total breakdown of all pool, lazy River and all but one hot tub. I did specifically ask if we could have access and was told yes-even though when I checked in, I was told at least one of the pools had been broken for some time. I wasn’t happy about this part, since I booked the property to allow full enjoyment of the resort for my family. They did cheerfully refunded all my money for this-and I’m grateful, but may not have booked without the portion for my family-once again-I want to stress this was not within the owners control at all. I would highly rec this property to families, will hopefully be coming back with mine, and will be doing a triple check on access to amenities next time before I book. Thanks again to Treasure Point!

Family Thanksgiving

This property was absolutely beautiful and the perfect oasis for our extended family's Thanksgiving holiday. They had everything we needed and more - possibly thr best VRBO experience we've ever had. We will definitely recommend and return.

Outdoor Shower

The Outdoor Shower was the best way to keep everyone clean after returning from the beach. The house was very clean and quite comfortable. We would stay here again.
