Beautiful pool, not on the beach

I chose this place because I wanted a private oasis for my family to stay and have a good time after a very tough last year. The rooms were not as nice as they look in the pics, King sized beds but mattresses weren’t comfortable, pull out bed in master bed not functional. One plus, was the master bathroom! Jacuzzi tub with jets and a shower with jets as well. The pool was the saving grace in this property, very beautiful and well kept. The jacuzzi was not working at all and had dirty water in it but after contacting the hosts, they sent a pool maintenance man out and he cleaned it, drained it land made it functional. All in all, if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood and a place off the beach with a pool for your family to enjoy…this place is for you!

Perfect weekend get away - 10 out of 10!

We stayed at Aquatic Sol over a long weekend and we were very impressed with the property and the hosts. The pool was large and description was spot on. We will definitely rent again when we're ready for a quick get away to the beach.

Aquatic Sol

My stay at the Aquatic Sol was beyound words. After reading reviews I was expecting to just stay in an adverage place. But while staying there, this place had everything you needed plus more. They went out of their way and was stocked with good quality items. Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, Washing soap. Kitchen items good quality. Housekeepers go out of there way and even had the towlet paper and paper towels with welcome folds. towles rolled on bed. All room also had good fans but I had them turned off half the time because the was already cold and confortable.Pool clean and ready. outside lights for pool (3 - 6 1/2 ft deep) by the way. The house was in the center of everything. easy to get around. Jom and Monica always available if there was any issues and questions. Very nice people. I will keep them on my list if I go back to galveston for sure.

Awesome Place To Stay

My family came here since my son is here from the Navy and it was amazing. My grandkids and family loved the pool. Very clean and had everything we needed for amenities. It rained some but with the covered patio, we were still able to enjoy the outside. Not far from activities in Galveston. Me and my family would defiantly stay here again. Thank you so much.

Rainy Days but Good Days

The property was very nice and clean upon arrival. The pool is much bigger than anticipated. The covered pool deck is also very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, it rained most of our trip, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities as much. As this can be expected, I am happy to say that the house itself made the stay on the island much more comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully. The hot water was hot, and the cold water was cold. The washer and dryer also worked with no problems. The house, location, and owners were all wonderful. We will definitely be booking our summer 2025 trip with them. Jeff

Moms Gone Wild

This was the perfect little house for the 5 of us. Plenty of space. The bathrooms were nice, great showers and bath tubs. This listing says there's a toilet downstairs by the pool, but there's not one that we could see. (Why the one 4 ⭐ rate) The hot water couldn't keep up with the 5 of us trying to get ready to go out, but it wasn't cold cold. Luke warm at best after 3 of 5 showers were taken. The pool was cloudy, explained by the pool guy shocking it the day of our arrival. But overall it was a great place in an awesome location. We were able to walk to the Seawall and explore some great bars and restaurants without ever having to drive. (Until we went to the stand- the Ubers were abundant) We would definitely like to stay there again. Thanks again from this group of moms for providing a great place for us to get away.

Place was nice. Furniture was a little dated and the beds need new mattress. If you’re going to charge top dollar then you need top dollar furnishing. The pool didn’t run all the time so there were always bugs to be skimmed off before swimming. The toilet in the master bathroom didn’t flush well at all had to flush multiple times every use. Not sure why the home owners would have a sewer snake hanging down on the pool deck area. Would not repeat.

Great House and Location

Went on a “Dad’s Retreat” with two friends. Had an awesome time. House was clean and spacious for the three of us. Pool was fun. Location was great, short walk to beach and a few bars / restaurants. The owners were great about communicating and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend!
