It was very weak maintain . There were some spots in the shower that would have been better clean but overall Ok . The microwave wasn’t sit correctly due to measurement errors but workable . Very spacious we felt like a home away from home . We were in the signature villas which is ocean front property . One of the elevators wasn’t working but it was doable using the stairs . Very close to the beach and easy access . Beach very quiet . We didn’t have a chance to explore the pool due to pool being fix after tropical storm Arthur but looking forward to possibly stay there in the future .

The 2 bedroom villa was awesome. Furnishings, decorations, comfortable beds, lots of space. Did not realize we were not beach side though. Was told to look for holiday inn signature. Also, we were in building 7 and there are no elevators!! That sucked big time. The infinity pool is only for the Holiday Inn signature. Amenities on our side were awesome. Super clean. Very satisfied

We enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few “tips” for future travelers. The website is misleading. Only “Signature” guests have beachfront access; the majority have to cross a busy road and go under the “Signature “ building to get to the beach. You can use beach chairs free of charge by going to the first floor at Signature. We weren’t aware of this & happened upon it by pure luck! The bugs are horrendous. Do NOT walk on the grass or you will be attacked by some black bugs. Request a renovated unit. Also, the couples that we were with had a 2 bedroom unit for the same price as a one bedroom. The advantage is the balcony. However, with the mosquito situation being so bad, they couldn’t use it. We enjoyed Galveston Island, but wouldn’t pick this area again.

The signature villa is the best bang for your buck! Having access to the signature pool, signature fitness center and cafe were great. The two bedrooms were well stocked and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed having text access to the staff for answers to questions.

Galveston as a whole is always good. Our stay at the resort was not the greatest. The resort, or at least our room lacked in the maintenance department completely. One door to the bathroom didn’t latch at all, the other stuck. There was an issue with the bathroom exhaust fan not working, constant humming. Maintenance checked it, turned off breaker and advised with fix the next day. The exhaust fan was still not working when we left the resort.

Me encantó mi estadía todo súper bien, una suite con dos cuartos súper cómodos dos baños si cocina con todos los implementos y todo bien acomodado tiene su balcón todos los cuartos y sala tienen TV suficientes toallas jabón papel, la piscina infinita no corresponde a el hotel que se anuncia eso solo es para los miembros signature, pero la piscina del lado del frente de la calle también tiene piscina y muchas cosas para divertirse mini golf canchas hockie y más no tengo queja ninguna, tiene Laundry gratis en la propiedad también la playa queda cruzando la calle tiene su propio acceso en el hotel

The stay in the Signature Villas was pretty good. It was a family trip, so the amenities were definitely nice to have. We definitely made good use of the kitchen. It was well stocked and ready to go. The whole place was very spacious. The mini golf, shuffleboard and playground were a nice touch here as well. The down side to this place is just that is does not seem well maintained. As soon as we checked in we had to call maintenance. They did send someone over in a timely manner to fix our issue. However, there was other things in the villa that needed repair but not immediately so we just finished out our trip without complaint. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.
