Accommodations were immaculate. Clean, nice pool, with shower at the pool so people get sand off. Even though our room literally faced Broadway we never heard the traffic. My only “complaint” is no fault of anyone. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants. If i was a confrontational person i could have called them on the line but i rather of just put up with it lol. Also, i thought there was a hot tub but when i called up to the front to ask why it wasn’t getting hot they said “it’s not a hot tub it’s just a tub” albeit the pool is heated! Over all it was a great price and we really enjoyed our experience.

If you are on the east side of the complex facing road its extremely loud from crazy drivers on the street. Other than that pools are great and convenient. Plenty of covered parking which is important for us.

Great place to stay!

We choose Casa Del Mar year after year. It is a comfortable stay with a close walk across the Seawall to the pier for fishing and beach access. It has a very at home feel and the staff have always been attentive and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip!

It just wasn’t comfortable.

Bunk beds were too small for my kids to sleep in so 1 of them slept with me in the bedroom and the other slept on the pull out couch. The tv in the bedroom was probably the smallest flatscreen made so we didn’t even use it.

The twin bed mattresses is great, to a point where my wife is considering it to purchase the same one. The bunk bed is comfy but it is small for the kids. The room is kept clean and had a great view from the balcony.

The location of the hotel was great. The main bed was super nice, just don’t plan to sleep on the pull out couch. That was my bed and it was all springs!

Was smaller then expected needs new mattresses and the porch lights are way to bright thought it was daylight at 145am . The staff was nice so was the pools ac worked great.

Great place just steps from the beach. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is I think it’s a little deceptive how they list the nightly price. The nightly price is really low, but then there is an almost 40% up charge fee from the location that is not in the original per night cost.

Comfortable condo with a few concerns

The condo was nice and clean and had a well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans etc. View was so so and there was a lots of street noise being on the street side. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice too! We found the condo quite comfortable. Management was not so attentive to pool rules, we were unable to swim the first night of our stay due to other guests breaking glass bottles of alcohol in the pool area both of which the sign said was not allowed. I wouldn’t say this location is super family friendly. Second night different people had cans of alcohol at the pool and were a tad rowdy for those if us looking to relax. We also found people leaning up against our car one day in the parking lot. They were quite loud and not very sorry to be in our space. I missed that this location doesn’t have a gate like the condo property next door which just seems a bit more family friendly and safe.
